Paarthurnax Is Awesome...

I was all for the Blades until Deph demanded that too. Was all for the Imperials too until the peace meeting when all they (and Ulfric) did was [censored] and moan. Here's myself and the Greybeards trying to organize a peace treaty to deal with the dragons and these two are [censored]ing like little girls over territory instead of focusing on the reason for being there.

Made me want to go side with Alduin afterall

Paarthunax is a good case of a character that you don't get to see everything about. He's hardly cool or benign. Even he knows that, else he wouldn't be on that mountain.

I was underwhelmed by him, frankly.

Paarthurnax is awesome and also manages to come out ahead of the game after all his time in meditation and teaching at the top of the world.

Don't feel bad for him... he's about to be the leader of a whole new way of thinking and being Dovah.

And maybe also being Dovahkiin?

Please Beth? just a little DLC? come on... you can do it. please please pretty please with sugar and spice onnit?

What good is a hero who ceases to grow and become more of what he is? I need classes with my ol' buddy... maybe some tense meetings with his old broodmates about the graces of following the Way of the Voice and not randomly munching farmers...

To me, he's already one of my favorite characters in gaming history.

Not cool at all. Him like all the other NPCs seem to have a bland personality, one which doesn't develop and change over time in the game.

I hated him. He was so long-winded and boring. I was happy to kill him.

Paarthurnax is THEE embodiment of a wise, old dragon for me. I love dragons, always have and it hurts me to slaughter them in Skyrim (well most of the time I'm just defending myself). The two best moments in the game are when I first meet Paarthurnax and when
Spoiler
I fly away on Odahviings back
.

I'm really glad that Beth included at least 2 dragons that are kind and wise and fight for their redemption.

This is how I've always imagine dragons to be! Paarthurnax will be forever in my mind and my heart, when it comes to describing and writing about Dragons! The way he talks, the way he moves, the way he looks, the way he thinks... Amazing! I couldn't have asked for a better dragon! :)
