New patch seems like it really boosted my performance. I do crash every 20-30 minutes of gameplay, it's not too bad since I save quite often.
The crash seems random, but every 20+ minutes. 3 times so far, 1, Zoned into a dungeon killed a few mobs and crashed. 2. I went to make tea, left my char in an inn, came back to see the game ctd
3. Zoned in the Fletcher store in solitude and crashed after I spoke to the merchant.
Anyone experiencing similar crashes?
***UPDATE***
It seems, when I untagged all mods, and took out the Anti-Freeze patch http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/downloads/file.php?id=2531 I was able to play for over an hour without a single crash on a brand new game. Note* The only things that remained were texture mods, and I ran Skyrim with SBW http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/downloads/file.php?id=4 during that time.
Feeling confident that the Anti-Freeze patch was the culprit behind the crashes, I decided to start up my previous save game, where I previously experienced crashes. After 65 min of gameplay, and as much zoning in and out I could do, while completing a few random quests. Slaying a dragon, and fighting 6 bandits at once. No crashes to report.
The only thing I could suggest to others experiencing this is to take out ALL Performance enhancing drugs... er mods, including DLLs.
No reinstall was needed. No lag to report either... well 6 on 1, slight stutter but unnoticable really.
Thanks and hope this works for you as well.

Optimizations do not decrease or increase amount of CTD or bugs, unless that bugs exist in game already and with optimization they appear faster, this is really possible with this game, as it's badly coded multithreading.
