Should we be able to reset quests? respec dragon souls, sell items and spells for equal value as to what we bought them for because we found out they weren't as good as we liked. Perk Respecing is no different it erases the consequences of choice and makes them pointless. If your worried about if a perk will be good or not save your damn game before taking it so you can test drive it out.
Im sorry but thats nonsense. Anyone who restarts the game because they picked one perked they then later didnt like is in an extreme minority, as that is OCD behaviour. Expecting the devs to completely devalue the games replay aspects so that a handful of OCD gamers can rest easy is foolhardy. As I said there are 81 levels, one mis-spent perk makes absolutely no difference. You could spend 20 perks and still change your mind and advance the character differently with no problems doing so.
Not to mention many of the people crying for respec play the same character for 200 or more hours.
No, you can play this game all the way though as one character, Bethesda gives you the option of not having to replay. You guys seem to think that since this game is an RPG, you must spend your life playing it (Provided I do, I have over 10 characters 40+). This game is built on, options, you can do what you want and on your own time, if you want to play a character who was reset, then don't. But why will you force people to have to reset a character, that they have spent many hours on, just because you don't like the idea of resetting.
You have to accept the fact its never going to happen. The new riften NPC can't change gender or race only base appearance why on earth would you think they'd ever add a perk respec?
Perk Respec will never happen, no matter how much people

about it.
A game bulit on options is meaningless if those options don't mean anything.
