Strength is required for a gun simply because that's a fairly hefty chunk of metal you're holding there. To hold that gun steady, you need arm strength. Try lifting a dumbbell and hold it out from your body like a gun. Work your way up the weight levels. See how progressively harder it is to hold it still?

To say nothing of bracing the recoil. Now imagine those dumbbells kicking backwards because of a sudden impulse. Not just muscle tension absorbing the kick, but for weapons with buttstocks, muscle acts as padding as well. Lighter guns may be easier to hold, but they either are of a low power caliber or kick like an angry mule because there's little weight (which also absorbs some of the recoil).

We were debating that on the weapons thread in the general discussion. The most popular belief is that it is the targeting device for the sky laser. The running is probably in fast motion.

Traits not perks. Traits were in the originals. You choose 2, 1, or 0 of them at the begging. You can't get more after character creation. They all have a possitive and negatve affect. Perks are still in and will be unlocked every other level.

Ahh I had a feeling the Strip was going to be small. That's too bad as it is the most recognizable things West of the Mississippi. And waddup with the freaking running lol.
