i would think fallout:louisiana would look very similar to point lookout. i dont really want to go to commonwealth. theyre already a nation. that means and army, technology and border control. what would there be to do? Invent the internet again?

Does anyone out there have a link to this? I dug through NMA and couldn't find anything closer than concept art of all the critters that actually ended up in the game.
100 xp and a case of Buffout to the first person who can PM me a link.

Don't take that stuff around me though.

And after looking at that art... Those shoulda been in game way before the Mierlurks were.

Texas: Was it's own COUNTRY for a while
The only state enter the us under treaty
Has Chuck Norris
Has an economy large enough to support itself and once again succeeded(sp?)
Largest state in the Continental US
Plus, Texas totally rocks the Casaba.

Can't forget that texas is one of the states that has an express lane for executions and lets you shoot trespassers on your property no questions asked if it's after 6:00 pm. :P

Dealing with the OPs original thoughts I wouldn't mind something dealing with the common wealth, but if they add some back story to it. Maybe have a quest where their robots just went renegade and they had to move to a new location in New Vegas. We can't forget now that this game has a chronological order in-game lore wise where it takes place 3 years *I think it's 3* after FO3. With three years that's more than enough time to move your butt to a new area and setup shop there. Probably take them a month to get to New Vegas, but even then that leaves them 11 months and 2 years to setup shop ready for our new wandering character.

My only question would be taking zimmer along or should they say they haven't heard back from him. Know that we have the option to off his sorry hide or we can turn in A3-21 so it's hard to say how to continue it. For me personally I would opt for the "missing" part with a bit of sarcasm because he could be killed by one of the renegade robots he created or by us which would work both ways.

Got any Jet?

And I agree...they are very numerous in lakes in the west and south....so california would've been a place to see them.

If you lived in Tezas you;d understand my dissatisfaction with that show...

I understand your problem.

Nearly every episode I think to myself: ".....Why?"

But hey, it's entertainment.

Not if it gives you a headache and makes you wanna punch the creator in the face....

Also: If they do a DLC for new vegas, do you think they'll do just a standard weapons pack upgrade?

If you went through high school having people make KOTH jokes at ya for going by Hank, like me, you'd have a double whammy.

From the map it seems like they have DLCs planned for north, west, and south. This would lead me to believe there is going to be a heavy NCR related California released (no surprise there), probably one either in Utah or Oregon, I'm going to lean towards Oregon because I'm pretty sure it was brought up in an NPC dialog, and one in either Arizona or Texas, most likely being Texas with Searchlight Airport being the transfer point. These are guesses I've made from different map points I've encountered and dialog in the game.
