Sandbox Map means to walk everywhere. Or dose it

1st, this is not Fallout 4, Fallout 4 is most likely going to be developed by Bethesda. Fallout: New Vegas is a spin-off by Obsidian.

2nd, Fallout 1 and 2 were made in the 90's, Bethesda but the rights to it a few years back and made Fallout 3, they let Obsidian develop New Vegas, while they, hopefully, work on Elder Scrolls V or Fallout 4.

And, I think fallout new vegas is a great game, on par with Fallout 3, give or take a "few" bugs.

Look it wasn't me that called Fallout DC 3 okay, it has been referred to as 3 weeks after it came out... I don't know why, and I really really don't care, just get over yourself buddy.
If I say Fallout 3, everyone knows it's Fallout DC... even you.

When you get the same faults as the last game, then someone isn't putting the time in or checks to stop it, and that's wrong... Ask yourself if you would get away with it at work? And these guys get paid more than most.
I never said making a game was easy, that's why there is so much money to be made... But what there should be is a standard held up for the consumer, if these games and yes there are many poor efforts of 1st week blues to pick from. Were anything other than a game, would they get away with it? Restaurant, car, hotel, holiday, film, what your company sells or provides, and so on...
They wouldn't would they, so until some improvement is made by putting our feelings in writing on the games boards, we will keep getting poor 1st day experiences at full costs.

I've got to admit the invisible walls have annoyed me somewhat, forcing me to walk aaaall the way around when I've just wandered up a not-so-steep hill and I my destination is so close! Either make the cliffs truly unscalable or just let me pass, please.

THIS! [censored]IN THIS RIGHT HERE!!!

I can't count how many times I was heading to a location only to run smack into an invisible wall, but but the damn map tells me to walk here...in a straight line! If there are going to be invisible walls, the map should reflect it and route you around them. I mean really, why put a dotted line to a location (which I'm inclined to follow) if it's gonna run me right into an invisible wall and force me to walk halfway back the way I started and around some small ass rock cliff that I should be able to scale. It's only 2 feet high, what the hell is stopping me? Oh right, damn invisible walls.

My problem with the invisible walls is not that they are walls, it's that they are invisible!

I think thats the main problem with them for a lot of people. Being blocked by an invisible wall is infinitely more annoying than being blocked by a barrier you can see such as a wall or a cliff.

Possibly; Fan suggested at any rate... But the guys from Black Isle have done dedicated hardcoe modes before, and Fallout 2 had weapon upgrades.

No. Sandbox map is just map of sandbox game. Sandbox doesn't mean there are no barriers. It just mean you are free to roam accessible parts of map on your will.

Also Fallout is NOT sandbox game. It is http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Open_world game. Sandbox refer to game mechanics where player himself build game story with his actions. While Fallout gives player lot of free room in his actions, course of game (story) is prebuild (in few variants). That is not sandbox.

If you want example of sandbox game, look at http://www.taleworlds.com/. That is sandbox game -no prebuild story whatever.

Get over myself? wtf? And "Fallout DC" as you call it was released as Fallout 3, not refereed to as 3 weeks after it came out. Just like "Fallout 4" was released as Fallout New Vegas, thats what it says on the game case, thats what its called.
