Why do people hate Fox news?

Post » Tue Dec 06, 2011 12:51 pm

Yea, Fox has a few idiot reporters. My favorite quote from Bill O'Reilly - 'Tide goes in, tide goes out. You can't explain that.' When telling an atheist there's things in the world we can't explain.

That's actually become a rather amusing internet meme. "Plane goes up, plane comes down. You can't explain that."

Thread goes political, thread not locked. You can't explain that.

Well, as that book proved, if there was a left bias, there'd be more favorable news stories towards left candidates.

In the period that Al Franken and his staff looked at for the book (I cant remember exactly, but I think it was Bush v Gore election) there were more pro right candidate stories than pro left.

(Al Franken, Jon Stewart, Steven Colbert... it says a lot about the current state of the USA where you have to look to Comedians for truth....)

Well, I have never read this book (and have no intentions of doing so), and the fact that there are more favorable "candidates" (in what year exactly) need not be due to bias.

Not bad... 39 posts before the politics. Admirable restraint, folks. Admirable.

And now it ends.
