First: ^this.
Second: I remember always wondering how awkward, yet funny it would be to see someone steal a wheelchair from someone in it. Just flip them over, and run off and roll down a hill, then proceed to go back up the hill, return it and walk away.

wheel chairs are actually pretty expensive, you could make a quick hundred bucks or more selling them to finiancially challenged handicaped people who dont have the coverage that would get them a wheel chair.
