well then it has to be steam, my game stopped working not more than 10 mins ago after the validation of the game, im done with all this internet game crap, thats 5 time in the last 3 months that steam has ruined my game play F**** STEAM...

Edit: For someone who doesn't even know how to update their video drivers, I find it funny you're having a hissy fit over the game not working. Can't update drivers but you're throwing mods into the game willy nilly (which is an advanced task anyway).

With you're lack of PC understanding, just reinstall your windows OS and don't use mods until you learn how to install/use them properly.

Have you tried starting a new game?

Have you tried uninstalling skyrim, then deleting the Skyrim folder in steamapps/common/?

1 ... no to the ugrid game
2 ... can't get to start a new game,
3 ... didn't really want to do that, reload thing, but a totall reinstall on the game, only use 18 mods, and there not that heavy mainly the horrorview sixy stuff and dues mons plus the riverwood town upgrade,

and signatures turned up out of the blue, may thats a how many post ya do thing

I would suggest the following, to eliminate any corruption and to make a fresh game.

Uninstall Skyrim.
Delete the Skyrim folder, located in Steam/Steamapps/Common
Backup somewhere else, then Delete the Skyrim folder located in My Documents/My Games/
Uninstall Nexus Mod Manager, or whatever utility you use for mods. Also unsubscribe from any subscribed mods on Steam Workshop.
Uninstall all Nvidia software including PhysX etc
After all of these, and a fresh system:

Install the latest Nvidia driver.
Install Skyrim.
Do not add any mods, changes to your ini files, or set any 3rd party software like D3DOverrider or MSI or Nvidia Inspector to do anything with Skyrim.

Launch the game. It will set your graphics settings. Do not change them. Just get in the game and try and start a new game.

If it finally works, go ahead and make your changes and mod additions etc. But just a couple at a time.

I've been there mate back in the Oblivion days. It's experience that helps prevent problems. I've maybe had one CTD with Skyrim.

Not saying it doesn't have problems, but the more you learn how their game works, they better you get with it

so I have to wait till the game puts patch 1.5 and the texture pk on before I can play a game, the Text pk is a waste of 3 gig Dl and 8.5 dl time slow connection tonight around 100 kbs is there any other way to just get the 1.4 ptch and nothing else ? not a steam user only since THQ space marine came out..

I have the not update on and its downloading the text pk woint let game start till its done, cant seem to turn that off, but ill just have to wait and see..

Yea it's stupid you can't remove the pack. When it's done, in the skyrim launcher select Data Files and untick the pack. You want just the skyrim default game running for now.

Finally got it working after completely deleting the Skyrim folder and reinstalling the game, thanks for the help everyone!

Well you can make that 2, with a slght prob I ran into during the download wasn't the prob , watching seriers Breaking bad got to the 5th epi flash pink screen my first, had to hit the reboot button,
got down to 20kbs, after that, been playin the game fresh start, 296.10 drivers dropped few things back not usin the ultra setting, after 2 hours playin no freezes or glitches, still runnin at 60fps

No add your mods a few at a time, 2-3. Try to use NMM or Steam workshop for mods it's easy to install them and uninstall them that way
