For those that talk about Dual Cast Impact stunlocking, they obviously haven't seen Windshear. Take a look at this http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qPBzei-C3r8

Mind you--this is also after playing the game 3-4 times and learning my archery in different ways and adding totals up after experimenting with each difficulty, and still the same amount of skills I used + extra (just in case) counter-measures if something goes wrong (i.e I accidently miss my target from 85% away since it's moving) lol.

The thing is, though, that this is nearly a perfect example of destruction right now. You can stunlock enemies to death with no chance of them attacking back, but do piss poor damage in the process. This makes for a spammy, repetitive, and not fun playstyle. What a lot of people want is to remove or weaken the Impact perk and increase damage to compensate, which not only is a lot more fun but also a lot less cheap and gimmicky.

So please do explain how destruction is NOT mathmatically inferior when the data clearly states otherwise.

Because your data is horribly flawed as it does not take into account base damage of weapons/spells.

It is also horribly flawed because it takes Enchanting into account. Enchanting is [censored] broken and overpowered and any example using it is meaningless, deal with it already.
