Anyone run into the sixual content yet?

I came in here to talk about how Sapphire mentions being gang [censored] if you ask her about it but I see the thread has long devolved into something else entirely.

You yourself cast aspersions on people because of them talking about sixuality, and acted generally judgemental and pompous about it. And this isn't the first thread you've done it in, if I remember correctly. I know my own faults full well, but they're not in this area. And I'm not going to let them be used to lead me around, like some people. You're a stooge, and I've seen plenty of people like you. It used to be funny when I was younger, but the older I get, the more tiring it gets to see you people do that little dance of "moral indignation" of yours.

Show me the proof.

Which is nice- and realistic.

heck we have topless and naked statutes all over the place in real life. Go to any stately house or monument in Britain or Europe and they`re everywhere.

I get tired of this kind of prudishness.

It`s death and violence we should be worried about not nudity.

To each his own. No worry of yours.

Of what? Your posting history? I distinctly remember you ranting in a character screenshot thread about how "you people are sick and destroying society" when someone posted a screenshot with a body mod and skimpy clothes. Looks like the resulting exchange got cleaned away by mods, since it doesn't show up on the seach anymore.

It's an odd question, I mean it's a game that has content like that in it, Fallout 3 had it as well. It puts a layer of realism in the game. sixuality is a huge part of human nature afterall. You see it everywhere. Asking a question like this will get the responses you have gotten, seriously, what did you expect?

It's a topic that will create responses like you've gotten. You're asking a question for the entire world of Skyrim players to ask, and that's a whole lotta range of ages, sixes, opinions, thoughts and ideals. You will get different answers, answers you most probably will not like.

And after all that, it's hard to answer your question without revealing spoilers. General communication from NPC's in the game say things which are sixual in nature. Bandits tend to be more vulgar. Friendly NPC's are less revealing in how they talk, but it's hinted at, almost flirting. There are certain people which seem abused. I would have to say Fallout 3 had way more sixual content than Skyrim though.

Edit: It's probably more of philosophical question, in an odd way. I think the question itself is valid (all questions are really valid I think) for someone wanting to protect their children playing the game, but I don't think this is a game geared towards kids. It's for advlts that kids can play, but it's pretty hard to avoid all the spots in the game that are somehow connected to sixual content. There is nothing I've found that is super obvious though. I would probably say TV, the internet, the world in general would have more sixual content though.

And to add:

Your question was laughable because if you really were asking it to protect your children, you could've played the game first to see what you can show your kids and what not. Instead, you sat on the issue for two months, and then came back asking about it in the skeeviest way possible.

You understand what your asking of him in an open-world right? And then how silly you sound? Not like you can hit up every spot in the game in that time, and he might not want to just stumble upon it. WOW! Leave him alone. I see nothing wrong with it. If he's trying to protect his kids then leave it at that. Not your call. it's his.

It's just as stupid to ask *for* the specific spots in an an open world sandbox game. He'll end up with a giant list of places he needs to look at constantly to avoid them, and he still can't be sure if he'll stumble into an "unacceptable" thing in the game, since nobody has run through every possible situation in the game, and noticed everything, and a miniscule subset of the players even bother to post. The whole concept is just silly. If you're worried the game might have unacceptable content for your child, don't let them play it. Like it's been repeatedly said, it's a M-rated game for a reason.

Pretty much, it seems this kind of derailing happens every time a thread related to the ESRB or one of the things it rates the game for comes up.

I did not post anything at all related to what the guy above suggests. It's clear he has some trouble he is dealing with that extends beyond this thread and I hope he finds a satisfactory resolution. I will cease to respond to his allegations and again thank those of you who responded properly. Thanks!

Yeah, you moral crusaders never would do anything of the sort. My "trouble" will be solved when your religion and those like it will get their filthy talons off other peoples' lives and stop dragging them down with you.

For some reason can't help adding to this thread, which will most likely be locked soon. Saw that earlier post (avsreaper) made about what to avoid in the game. If you avoid all of that - be aware you will most likely make the game pretty boring. You need to read the books in the game to get some interesting quests. You'd have to have a list of what books to read and what not to read.

Not going to go into the religion theme though, have my thoughts on that which should go on another thread, on another forum.

Oh, thank god, we are way over post limit and I get to close this. I will come back after my jog to see which posts went into religion and other stuff we say "Don't go there".

This thread is over.
