It's an odd question, I mean it's a game that has content like that in it, Fallout 3 had it as well. It puts a layer of realism in the game. sixuality is a huge part of human nature afterall. You see it everywhere. Asking a question like this will get the responses you have gotten, seriously, what did you expect?
It's a topic that will create responses like you've gotten. You're asking a question for the entire world of Skyrim players to ask, and that's a whole lotta range of ages, sixes, opinions, thoughts and ideals. You will get different answers, answers you most probably will not like.
And after all that, it's hard to answer your question without revealing spoilers. General communication from NPC's in the game say things which are sixual in nature. Bandits tend to be more vulgar. Friendly NPC's are less revealing in how they talk, but it's hinted at, almost flirting. There are certain people which seem abused. I would have to say Fallout 3 had way more sixual content than Skyrim though.
Edit: It's probably more of philosophical question, in an odd way. I think the question itself is valid (all questions are really valid I think) for someone wanting to protect their children playing the game, but I don't think this is a game geared towards kids. It's for advlts that kids can play, but it's pretty hard to avoid all the spots in the game that are somehow connected to sixual content. There is nothing I've found that is super obvious though. I would probably say TV, the internet, the world in general would have more sixual content though.
