Perk Point Reset Vendor and Follower Stats : V - Skyrim

I don't see how the idea of respeccing is so unfeasible. Just throw in a mage who has a spell/potion allowing you to reallocate perks. What am I missing? Is there something in the lore that says magic can't be used to alter peoples skills?

To respec your character is like playing Monopoly and getting all the money you need to pay rent from the bank after you land on Boardwalk with a Hotel on it.

I don't think, I don't hope, and I don't expect a "perk trader" system to enter the game. Think about it, many of the perks are designed to be helpful mostly throughout the beginning of the game. I.e. you always come to a point where money doesn't matter anymore, so the early perks in speechcraft that was REALLY helpful in the early stages of the game, no longer serves a purpose. Jeez, take it like a man - how casual do we have to get?
