Have you ever tried to make a character that looks exactly l

I never made one that looked like me, however I did make an imperial that looked like Tim Tebow.
Unfortunately only NPCs can go down on one knee while getting owned.

(Couldn't resist, sorry)

I do it all the time and play myself whenever possible. Sadly out of all the games with character creation, the first godfather game was the 1 that i could create the closest resemblance. It was a little eery to pause and see myself staring at me :)

In skyrim i came close but they didn't have enough options to get the mirror image so i added some scars and a blind eye to give my character more.warrior character...here's hoping mass effect 3 creation will be better

"Tried" being the operative word
I'm as tall as a Nord or an Altmer, but I look more like a Breton than anything else. So I *could* make one that looks like me, but he'd be short.

I did a good job of this in Oblivion, but not so much in Skyrim, I'm not sure why. Though I didn't spend all that much time trying in either case, so I probably just got lucky in the former. :P

It's impossible. Face and facial hair options come close, but still not close enough. Plus, I'm a mix of several races IRL so that makes it all the harder in Tamriel. :P

I try but as soon as I look away from the mirror I forget what look like. I scare myself in the bathroom and in funhouses sometimes. :sadvaultboy:

I used to always try to do that in games, but it always ended in dismal failure. Now I just try to make a good looking character whom I could create a decent backstory for with relative ease.

I tried but I wanted to play Skyrim so bad I just went with what I had.

Once I start my second character I may spend more time in the creation process to make my likeness... or go female. Who knows.
