You can honestly sit here and tell everyone this has more replay value?

What does that have to do with justifying posting the same thing over and over again in the same thread??!

Less than 2 weeks ago you posted about how huge and impressive the game was. You playe a lot and posted a lot in the ps3-forum. What pissed you off to the extent that you feel the urge to troll around the whole forum and ruin it for everyone?

Did your mom take your copy of skyrim? Did your ps3 get banned?
What??!

For me Skyrim had no replay value due to extremely poor questing, story line and lack of decisions.

What is wrong with changing an opinion people do it all the time, maybe it took a while for him to notice just how shallow the game is.And as for that last school yard remark get a grip.

There's nothing wrong with changing opinions, we all do it all the time, that's not the point.

When you keep trying to convince everyone that your opinion is the right one then you are in trouble.
When someone troll is usually because they feel betrayed, abandon or let down by something someone. The disappointment and rage(?) is what drives them to revenge. Since they obviosly don't have the tools to take revenge in the form of physical violence they usually try to ruin others experiance. Why should anyone enjoy this if you don't?
You now feel like you are in controll but your psychological state is actually spiralling downwards, you have nightmares, feel depressed, feeling the urge to hurt small cute animals etc etc.

So my question is: what happened?

The key for me is never to fast travel, I might only get a few things a day done but it ensures that I don't spend all my time in combat and I don't then get bored of my characters, I also get to see a lot more of the world.

I had a problem similiar to this when I first tried playing Morrowind. I had no idea what kind of game it was at first and I quickly became annoyed with it so I stopped playing it for a while and went back to some other games I was playing at the time. The whole time I was playing those other games I had the thought in the back of my head that I should try and give morrowind another chance but I didn't go back to it for a while. I finally went back to Morrowind when I was out of work because I was injured, I had nothing else to do and nothing else to focus on and I sat down with the game and really paid attention to the game and before long I was so engrossed in the world that it was like I was living my character and that is when I truly understood just how amazing these games are. Sure they could use some better quests out of the box but being on the PC opens so many options because of the generous toolset they offer.
Anyways, I suggest that you take a break for a little while and come back to it at a later date. sometimes leaving a game and going back to it is all that you need to get into it. Maybe you aren't ready to stop playing WoW yet? Read on the forums more if you haven't already, there are tons of stories written by other players about their time in the game.

I stopped playing WoW a lot of time ago :)
reading around the thread i learned: the game is make to focusing on the life of your character, without trying to level up quickly and get the best gear/armor; using fast travel or grinding your skill isn't helpful to enjoy the game..
Thanks for that :) now i have to make my personal character and define my story.. i have to works a lot on it i think!...

now i know better what i want, what i use... I like the magic but not that much, so i won't focus on it but i want it available when needed. I'll probably use one hand, because 2handed is slow and i can't use shield or magic on the other hand. I found to be really cool to sneak in some case, so i will go to the thieves guild and dark brotherhood to get the best ligth armor, and i like archer too... what else? i want to try Telekinesis because i think it will be fun :)... spells like invisibility i think that are are too much overpowered with the sneak perk that 15x your dagger... ah, bow and arrow are really good, and block too

that is what I prefer... good, have u got any suggestion about race, or some opinion about that? can i make this hybrid character or it will be boring soon? i don't want it overpowered because i think i will lost my interest to the game more...

Thanks

Hi all! I'm a console player, on PS3, i bought this game at 11.11.11, i was really excited!!
Skyrim is reallty cool i can do a lot of things, wow, i'm surprised! I never played Bethesda's games, well, i played a bit fallout but i get really bored after a while... i hadn't this problem with skyrim.. i come from one year of WoW, (really loved this game), I was looking for similar game for console, and i saw the teaser of skyrim, really cool! a wow offline, nice idea!.. But my PC don't support skyrim so i bought it for PS3..
I saw a lot of trailer and gameplay next days i bought the game. After that i started... "OMG now i play skyrim, finally!".
My first character was a Nord, I don't lost a lot of time making up him... played until level 12 then stopped and try new ones...
this is my briefly story...

My main problem is: i can't play a character more than ten levels... why? because i get bored and i want to start a new character... there's a lot of combinations and i don't know which one is better, i'm undecided what perks use for, what is better for him, there're the dovahkin, the assassin, the mage, the necromacer, the 2handed, the battlemage.... omg!! i can't decide which one play...

I played 21 characther, most of them bored me at the first level or simply i wrong to do somehting and i restarted a new one... the highest was at level 15....
why i can't play this game!!!!??? i really love it... i see a lot of people playing as it is, simply, without care about what happens next... but no!! i can't... i don't know how to enjoy this beautiful game.... please help me... i'm really annoyed about that :(

thanks!...

sorry for my bad english i'm italian!...
I went through the same thing, and this is my personal expierence to get back into it, which seems to be going quite well.

I went on youtube and subscribed to culveyhouse, he has SKyrim walkthroughs, they are entertaining to watch as he goes through the game quite effectively. I reccomend watching that, take a break for a good 3 days and really ask yourself, what skills in the game really interests you?

Never LIMIT yourself either, I played a theif character but found myself wanting more then just thief skills, so I took magic and stealth perks instead of just stealth itself. I am not just going with the flow,of things and it is working nicely. I also upped the difficulty to expert this time around, from Adept. When you feel yourself even having the THOUGHT of getting bored, stop save and do something else, make sure you can catch yourself getting bored because the mind seems to resist it.
