I put tape over my compass.

I'm an outdoorsman through and through. Do a lot of hunting, fishing etc.... When you spend as much time in the woods as I do you need to know your stuff just to be prepared, 90% of my country is wilderness so it's a big pass time.

Ah, that explains a lot :) Still, I think it's a good quality to have. Cool to be able to apply it to a game then! :P Maybe makes it a bit more fun to play :P But I'll definitely stick to the compass for now :) I'll tape it later ^^ Or just don't take it down after my boyfriend's played :P Thank god for the HUD. I'm just saying :)

Yep that's hockey tap, almost as useful as duct-tap but duck-tap is the handyman's tool
( unless you have seen or watched the "Red Green" show you might not get my joke.)
Never watched it so didn't get it :P

There's nothing wrong with using the HUD ( to each his/her own). I used it as well until I got the lay of the land, now I only sneak a peak if I can't get a bead on my target other then that I don't really notice it

Am I the only one here that thinks the OP is awesome? Reminds me of the good ol' days with CS where I drew a crosshair with a marker on the screen.

Yoo sir, you are the McGyver of TES.

It's written MacGyver. :) I'm sorry, but I'm a huge fan of that show, so I needed it to be right :P

Well, you should be :) Ain't nothing wrong about it :P I consider myself one ^^ But that's more in terms of school and studies and stuff ^^ Ain't that much af a gamer, but I like playing now and then. Can't keep up with all the acronyms for terms in-game and stuff, but I got ways to find out, my best first-hand source being my better half :P

But I'm feeling we're a bit off-topic on this thread now ... Oo
