I meant High Rock, not Solstheim.
Oh, ok. Then we're on the same page.

Can't wait for an official announcement!

Okay so
"and we’ve got more Skyrim news coming. Bethesda Game Studios has been hard at work on creating the first set of game add-ons that will be exclusive to the Xbox 360. This additional content will add new quests, locations, features, and much more to the world of Skyrim. Stay tuned for more details."

Sounds like we will get a small DLC First? maybe its a small DLC that we will get meanwhile the long wait for the big expansion? or is he talking about the big expansion?

To the world of Skyrim is sort of ambiguous, the country or the in-game world? It sounds like a Bloodmoon/Tribunal/SI big un' though, maybe a horse armour pack along the way?

Is there some sort of new math? When is November > April 6 months?
Nov. 11th, December 11th, Jan, 11th, Feb, 11th, March 11th, April 11th.

Nope, still regular normal math,

Push for a rushed DLC release, get a crappy and buggy DLC. Patience, grasshopper.

I read on the forum that Shivering Isles was announced 8 months after Oblivion came out. Not sure if that's true, I wasn't around at the time.

Im patient, otherwise id have been on here much more often. I come on here every 2 weeks to see if there is news. The only thing I have seen so far is that they screwed up magic even more.

Thats just stupid, lol.

The magic is fine. Stop whining.

I'm not sure when it was announced but I believe that Shivering isles came out in 2007 so it was a long while after the release. Of course we had other smaller DLC's to fill the gap and I believe that Battlehorn Castle was the last DLC.

You're right

Traditionally TES has had a few free or extremely cheap DLC, a small questline heavy expansion pack and a new area expansion pack a while afterwards.

Only if you count the day of release as a whole month.

6 months is not a few months, thats half a year. And like I said , looking for news, not the actual expansion. And why tell me to calm down, the last time I asked this was, I dunno when actually. A simple trailer or teaser would suffice. Even a few sentences.

I have a mental image of you sat fidgiting and sweating in a dark room twidling your thumbs refreshing your TES DLC search every 2 minutes to see if there's any news.

God I hope not, is there anyone who actually has the space and self esteem to yell dragonshouts?

Think about it.

Certain-developers-who-shall-not-be-name released zero day DLCs by ripping out stuff from the main game. This shows exactly much respect they have for their customers.

I rather Bethesda take their time and push out quality products.

The Kinect shouts were worked on after Skyrim was released where the devs got to work on whatever they wanted for a week. look up Skyrim Game Jam.

I wouldn't, but the ally commands might be nice.

I wish they'd announce something at E3, and dont be mad, sad or any other negative emotion that it takes this long

if it takes 6months to do it, its going to be big, and if its big, well... :) that means ill be dropping all of my social responsibilities for a few more weeks....
