Can we get an adventure and not a puzzlefest?

I'm curious why you think adding some puzzles make the game dumber? I would suggest the opposite.
Ha! My thoughts exactly. Some of you people are just so whiney.

Has anyone ever wondered why games have gotten continuously simpler over the years? Drives me crazy.
Because of people like the OP.... That's why.

OP, did you find the Bleak Falls Barrow puzzle difficult too by any chance?... Actually i don't want to know that, i wouldn't want to break my nose from faceslamming my desk.

I like the new 'puzzles' so far, still not very hard to figure out, hopefully they add more complicated cool ones in the future :)

Yes I played the entire game and figured out on my own the precious little cheats such as the Ohgrahm without having to look it up. I have gotten stuck on many of their puzzles because I don't google it everytime, which I don't think you should have to do. I'm glad you all can breeze through them but I find them very frustrating.

The very first quest you go to in the game is simple and not a problem, look at the claw and change the locks, but going through Folgunther is an entirely different matter. That took me hours to figure out.

Complete waste of time for me.

Hours!? Some of the puzzles in riven took that long to figure out. In skyrim the answer is always staring you in the face - the simplistic sequence you need to do, if not on the flipping wall, will be in a book. Or some flames will indicate where you push the next altar.

Seriously, these are barely puzzles. There is always some indicator going OLOL DO IT THIS WAY. the only way you could miss them would be to not have eyes 0.o

I like puzzles. I was overjoyed when I first started playing Skyrim and seen that it had something like puzzles in it (compared to Oblivion, where there weren't, that I recall). I haven't played Dawnguard yet, a little later, but if the other dungeons you crawl through in Skyrim are any indication, then these puzzles shouldn't take much thought. Can't wait!

I would like tougher puzzles and not just "ha! Figure out with unlimited time and no consequence!" but more like "ha! Your have two minutes before the [insert deadly device] activates and kills you can you solve the puzzle now! Hahahahahahaha!"

lol, You mean like

[/spoiler]
At the Atherium Forge quest where theres the 5 things you shoot and if there not correct things come out?

I haven't got through Dawnguard yet, but the only puzzle related thing I came across was just shoving some basin thingies up or down until it got lit, rinse and repeat until all 5 or whatever are lit. Incredibly hard...
