Quest Packs

Post » Fri Apr 08, 2011 2:21 am

I would love to see some Quest Packs introduced! Maybe there could be one called "The Epic Wasteland Quest Pack". In this pack, there could be a quest about doing a heist at a casino, or removing several quickly-reproducing Deathclaw Breeding Grounds coming from the western ranges that harms Goodsprings, Primm, and Sloan, or track down a recently-formed volatile gang that murders several people at according times and patterns. That would be awesome!

Sure was, but other than a few trinkets , a conversation and a vending machine nothing new was added to the mojave. Quest packs would just add things to the vanilla game

I'm level capped, have 13 active quests, barely started the main story quests.

I think there's too many quests if anything. I'd rather have new zones to explore.

I hate you computer players lol you get the best of modding and we get [censored] all.

I hate you console player lol you get the best of graphic quality and we get [censored] all. :hehe:

I wonder is it possible to allow modder to officially sell their mod? I think it will be win-win situation :celebration:

These are great ideas, keep them coming :goodjob:
Some casino heist's would be great. How about a quest that would allow you to gather fingers from raiders and Powder gangers to make more caps.
I would like to see more human enemies.

Thanks! I have some more if anyone's interested to read:

> Zohara's Hunting Challenges: A man named Zohara sent out several mercenaries to do a series of "hunting challenges" to acquire large amounts of caps. However, all failed and either died or went missing. Now, Zohara asks you to join his "hunting challenges" to earn huge rewards. However, each quest you'll be given will be more harder than the 1st. But, Zohara has a label of target and hatred upon many figures, so accepting these challenges will put a price on your head. And his past victims are still out there, warning the next victim that comes right into Zohara's trap.

> The Gecko Massacre: An unknown species of Geckos started popping up out of nowhere somewhere in the south. These new species are what the people call the Bloodshot Geckos. Their bloodshot eyes, reddish skin, and a more terrifying appearance has no match towards its ferocious attacks and poisonous venom. Now, it is your job to eliminate this new species of Geckos -- or not? Instead, you could just limit them to a disclosed location and let them breed, as their meat is very surplus and meaty. Consequently, doing so will make others shun towards your action. It is your decision whether to eliminate them completely or let them breed at a limited and controlled space.

> The Nuka-Bombers: A recently-formed gang high up in the Black Mountains has now attempted and successfully formed a destructive yet very cheap tool -- The Nuka-Bomb. This volatile bomb explodes in a radius and inflicts the amount of damage of Mini Nukes alike, if the bomb is combusted correctly. Now, the gang utilizes this destructive weapon to their advantage: Place a bomb threat at Novac, Sloan, Primm, and Goodsprings, for exchange of their land to call off the threat. This then spread controversy across the Mojave. Now, it is your responsibility to either follow their plans or to eliminate them. However, this job is no walk in a park. As they're situated at Black Mountain, they'll throw their Nuka-Bombs to anyone who trespasses their land.

The Strip and the Legion are woefully under-quested in the main game.

I'd be all for this, but I don't see it happening.

I really like this idea, I would love to inject more content directly into the Mojave and New Vegas. I don't really care about costs, if they provide substantial content I would be willing to spend the normal 10$.

I'd love to see the Lucky 38 up and open for business....It's the nicest casino in game (in regards to the casino floor itself..) it'd be a shame to see it go to waste.. You could open that up via quest pack.

Wow, 60 to 8. This really is a good topic isnt it...
How about a quest that lets you Re-capture the NCR prisoners, like you could make people slaves in FO3.

I think most people are, Just got to hope a dev reads this and thinks "what a good way to make money" or "that's a good way to keep people intrested in the game"
IMO there was way more to do in oblivion, and they were still giving cool little packs.
This may be the best topic i have ever posted.....

Would be totally BA if we could get some kind of bunker safe-house.

I would totally pay 5 bucks if it came with a quest or 2, plus upgradable interior... things...

I think they definitley should add a vault or two into the Mojave.
There was 120 or 122 made, and how many have been mentioned throughout the series?
I'd love to see a vault that hasn't been totally [censored] up, and I could do quests to help them get some air filters, or set them up with a trade partner and in return they would alow me to live inside the vault.
Maybe the vault dwellers would even let me bang their women, you know, give their people some fresh genes or something.... :P
I'd also love to hear the story of Vault 69, What I wouldn't give to be the man who went to that vault :P Vault 68 wouldn't be much fun but, the second i walked into there i'd be like catch ya's, I think i'll take my chances with the radiation.

I'm sure there are some Vault's out there that never got completed so weren't talked about, and secret vaults.
