I was defiant and I went straight for it from the graveyard. A few radscorpions and cazadores later, I will never do that again.

I tried and got through (got lucky and died a lot :) ), but I will stay away for now. :celebration:

There's ghoul reavers? God I hate those. Well if the game cheats, the console is your friend. Console in some uber weapons and ammo and have fun. That Anti-Material gun rules for snipping. Two hits on those deathclaws and they were dead.

Positive on Ghoul Reavers in F:NV is unlike F3 they don't throw radation balls at you they melee like all other feral ghouls.

I'm on hardcoe mode and the way I kill death-claws is to to get a sneak critical hit with the .50 caliber anti-material rifle. If the sneak critical is a head shot it usually kills them in one hit, otherwise it can take three or sometimes five shots to do the job, which basically means the sneak failed and they are in full charge.

This. You can't go anywhere you want early in the game. I like it I don't want to be able to go everywhere without consequences of dangerous foes. This is a plus in my book.

I agree, as I have mentioned before FO3s scaling problem turned out not as bad as Oblivion but just as mind numbing. I could walk to Rivet City at level 4 and beat the s**t out of Super Mutants and such. It got to be *YAWN* boring after awhile. With the scaling you become over powered to fast and it kills the gameplay, IMO.

eric [i named them] has started to look damn attractive ?
is this a new tactic of night gits ?
they are using thier animal sixual attraction to lure me down ?
i know he doesnt love me
i know its all lies

still,he does have quite a cute smile,of rancid drooling teeth with thin strips of rotting meat dangling twix his incisors....he actually is damn fine as night gits go.

week 15....
i`m a lilttle tea pot short and stout,

week 20.....
i can stand it no more....
eric has started a romance in front of me with doris the fattest of the gits...
i am finally going to give it up...
i have been a virgin too long.....
please tell my wife i tried to resist
but i must now go join my new lover as i cant resist anymore.....

I decided to complete as many side quests as possible before heading for Vegas and doing the main quest/s. By the time I reached Vegas I was around level 18 or so.

With the .45-70 gov't Bush Rifle, the .50 BMG anti-material rifle, and a few accessorized pistols, shotguns, etc, I am not afraid of any situation, except three or more deathclaws attacking at once.

lol, I did this as well at lvl 6 and succeeded. needless to say I was up on a ridge above them where they couldnt get to, throwing dynamite at them and wasted about 300 rounds... by the first stick of dynamite I was pinned tho, so the ammo was needed. but hey, I made it.

Well the good thing on where those deathclaws are at is in a valley which means you can get up on the hillside and snipe away. That is if you have a good sniping rifle.
