Europe is not up yet, and even though the USA is up, you can't play games online yet. It's only in asia you can play games too.

Expect online to return to europe by today, 1-2 pm in UK and later to rest of europe (uk time). Online gaming however is probably returned tomorrow to europe.

Store is still down though, and that is what I really need at the moment. I just replaced my fat PS3's hard drive and I need to redownload dlc for some of my games before I can really use my backed-up saves.

24 days, I just got on and checked. All i can see is last played 24 days xlike 50 xD

And uhm, It's up in Ontario, specifically the Ottawa region
