_QUEST RADIANT Idea for Children_

Post » Sat Jun 09, 2012 1:04 pm

You fail to help Svari because the quest glitches and leaves you with a stack of Amulets of Talos. (Not fixed in 1.4 so far.) Though I've noticed Svari loves me to death anyway. She always asks if I can be her mother. :ermm:

lol same... i dint even know there was a quest involving her yet... i tried talking to her and her dad and her mom and i got no quests... and im a level 64

I would love a quest to take them to dinner. I think Namira would like that.

I think it'd be realllly nice if we could apply this to beggars as well and even normal citizens. I might start a new thread for that with new lists

you mean model right? Yeah I know what you mean, they do look very similar being they all have same face and voices, but the hair is different which is kinda nice. (btw sprites are mostly 2d jpegs of an image in multiple frames of motion that get played in a 2d animation in 2d games in general). thanks for the comment tho :)

A diologue choice called: Give *treat name here* -- which upon selecting would give the child one of the following treats (therfore removing them from your inventory):
-Sweetroll
-Long Taffy Treat
-Boiled Creme Treat
-Honey Nut Treat
-Apple Pie

Given the lack of ability to kill them, I'd at least settle for giving them gone-off food so they get food poisoning and are bed-ridden at home for a certain period of time (and their parents end up hating you for it).
Or better yet, the ability to taunt them until they cry.

Honestly, the only time I've ever been able to get back at one of those obnoxious kids was when I cast a frenzy spell on her from a hiding place so she pulled a knife and killed her own mother. It was THE most beautiful thing.

I would be far happier with the complete absence of children, but since that is not an option - yes, I think your idea is pretty good

A world without children... what a wonderfully magical thing.
