Here is a suggestion, radiant quests can go [censored] themself?

Insted we could experience real quests, like in Oblivion. I remember doing a quest in someone's dream which was quite cool. Also there is this one quest in one of the castles where you enter a painting and a new realm(brush of death?). Also there is the Sanguine quest which is awsome and the "Unexpected Voyage" quest etc. Oblivion quests felt more special and fun, much unlike the Skyrim quests which is starting to get boring in my opinion. Oblivion had a lot of flaws, but at least i remember i really enjoyd doing the quests, even tho boss figths were to easy.

"I'm here to take care of a problem."
"You won't get me that easy!"
-brawl ensues-
"Alright, you got me."
"You know what needs to be done."
"Yeah, I'll take care of it."

WHAT THE [censored] JUST HAPPENED?!

no to the shopkeepers, yes to the enemies. idk how people haven't noticed it even once unless you only had one playthru

example: say you've already fought mad bandits, a quest that told you to go kill bandits on your last playthrough may tell you to go fight forsworn or hagravens now

I mean do they change based on playstyle and skills? Thats one of the things they said it would do.

Even Skyrim have his funny and "special" quests
Spoiler
i.e. Sheogorath/Solitude,the Black/azura star, Waking Nightmare in Dawnstar, A Night to Remember/Sanguine,the Morthal one with the house burned down, the family exterminated by falmer and chaurus etc.

just search for them  nevertheless i agree partially with you, certainly the radiant quests needs a heavy refinement.

Radiant Story was the one thing that got my attention pre-release. :\ Too good to be true, I guess. I didn't even watch the trailer or pay much attention otherwise.

I've played 3 characters, a mage, a thief, and a warrior. I played them all strictly to their class and I never saw any differences in the quests that I did with all three. So I don't think the enemies change according to class. They do change as you level up so that if you enter an area at a lower level you will encounter some different enemies than if you entered the area at a higher level. But that's more level scaling than any type of radiant ai at work. I do hear NPC's make comments that seem related to my skills but those are just random comments by guards and people in the street.

Ive only played for 120 hours :P so I guess there is still quest to discover, but still I think it would be better with less radiant quests and more unike quests

Just to add, I don't think it's a "broken promise" per se. Just half implemented. It seems like they laid the groundwork for something cool, but they haven't done much with it. I'm sure a lot of problems popped up about it that they didn't have the time to resolve right away.

All enemies, or some enemies? Two or three variable enemies among a score of enemies in a dungeon? Occasional, randomly-determined enemies on the road? Just bosses? Might you get a fire-breathing dragon instead of a frost-breathing one? Your level affects what kinds of enemies you might see, but what else does, and how would you be able to tell when a skill made the enemy appear and not a level, or a faction membership, or just some blind and random check?

The pitch was that if you kill a shopkeeper, his or her family or apprentice would take over the shop, and probably despise you for it if you did it.
Then they say "I oughta bash your face in for you have done"

I don't think it replaces the dead shopkeeps and tradesmen. It just send you to different locations that you havent explored yet. It's used for bounty quests, letters from friends and even the companions at some point. Its a very fascinating concept that can become boring if you do a whole lot of radiant quests around the same time, as they can soon feel repetitive.
Yes it does. Kill the blacksmith in Riften. His apprentice offers the bartering service indeed.

This Battle-Born guy says that to me all the time and I never even bothering speaking to him. Hek, I hadn't done a single thing to him.

Skyrim's "Radiant Story" system is no more complex than Daggerfall's quest generation system. In fact, I'd say it's worse.

Yes enemies change depending on your skills, for example if you have a high conjuration skill then you will see more necromancers or if you are playing a mage then sometimes a random guy could come up and ask you for a duel.
