This game has been out for a long time we were promised DLC and yet i dont see any. i love rage i play it all the time yes it has problems but so does most games i just want to know is there going to be dlc or not i dont want no BS.

Doom 3 was released August 2004 and RoE didn't come along until April 2005. If there is going to be "DLC" I expect it's going to be a full-on expansion pack, and not some Horse Armour tripe. Although just throwing this out there... I would buy some Horse Armour tripe. lol...

... open a few doors in Wellspring and Subway, and pop a few quest givers in there. Boom, head shot! Extra levels. Throw in 20 more Stanley drops. More buggy themes. Coupla gun mods. Maybe some BFGrenades. lol Coupla random encounters out in the Wasteland, like say, events akin to whatever was going down with the bandits and those civvies when you first enter the game. A reason for the player to stop and shoot at some crap, save a coupla NPCs, get a reward or two.... that kinda thing.

I don't know why, but the words "Gun" and "Barrel" resonate with me. Meh heh. There's a town of Gunbarrel in RAGE, mentioned on the radio, by NPCs, and I believe it's where Dan goes when he vanishes from the game. I'm betting anything getting this many honourary mentions is going to feature at some point. S'not a good bet, but I stink at gambling so I'd still put some money on it.

Just downloaded the Anarchy edition content from the Microsoft Marketplace for 160 points. So far so good. Got the spiked gloves, double barrel shotgun and the Rat buggy.

That's right, I also believe it's going to be some plot expansion. And let's not forget about that sign in subway mentioning some "phase 2"))) I'd like to see more of a dead city like levels and more of a capital prime locations.....

if there will be a DLC, then it should at least extend the ending and let you play longer hours.

Feel the same way. Dead City was so short, I was very dissappointed when I couldn't go back. It's as dissapointing as when you beat the Hell level in Doom3, then realize it was the only one.

It can't be hard to fabricate a cyberdemon looking thing that the Authority made up! I want something to shoot my BFG at.

And being surrounded by Authority vehicles at some point, like you're on foot and they come and flank you and you have to use rocket launcher, BFG, and EMP grenades to get out of it!

There are some great enemies and awesome firepower in this game. I want excuses to use em.

Actually, I would hope you are correct. I looked everywhere for the potential entrance to Gun Barrel, and as far as I can tell the only possible entrance is at the Authority Gate in the southernmost end of Wasteland past MB-TV. Now, I haven't played the coop stuff yet so I don't know if that is reserved for coop, but if there's a way to get there.......that'd be it.

As long as there is more single-player content in there, I'll be buying the DLC no question. Great game.

I'm checking back each Friday... until Diablo III comes out. I'd love to do another playthrough.

How many times have you played it? I went back to it after about a 2 month break and it was fresh again. I did the Legends of the Wastelands with a friend. I hope they add TDM. It would make me play it, a lot.

if they want to make a badass DLC is include: new gun,ammo types,DOOM guy armor,rage frenzy cards,more legends of the wasteland missions or just campaign co-op,and 8 more hours of single player missions with a REAL ending. throw in a $10 price tag and there.

just for the hell of it put in zombies.
