That being said, I hope there are equaly cool stuff on the Dawnguard side. For example, can we get a really cool, non evil looking mount?

Hope that the dawnguard side gets a lot of realistic looking medieval / paladin type armor. Some chainmail maybe or some medium looking armors that are classified as light (such as the stormcloak mail)
my favorite armor is the wolf armor because fantasy is not overdone with it. Its a normal piece of heavy armor with just a hint of skyrim thrown in.
