Really...... Great Endings!

Another thing how the heck are they going to extend the game with dlc with all of the different endings??

Maybe they aren't going to extend the game, but just expand it. Less work and more reliable results (less prone to bugs, easier to keep the balance, easier to create overall quality content) in adding few new endingslides than taking all the players little quirks in to account and changing the world according to them in a sensible way.

And on topic, the endings I've got so far were really good. There was a sense of accomplishment and an urge to try out different ways to solve the game. They really left a good taste in my mouth.

I thought it was well done -- even putting aside for a moment that you can't continue afterwards (and for those people that hate that, hey!, they warn you that you're about to enter the "point of no return").

Anyway, they got one wrong in mine. The one about Rex. You see, *I* killed him -- so he couldn't have gone wandering through the wasteland...

May, WHY did it end with the Legate. Why aren't you allowed to go after Ceasar?

Well, I killed Caesar wayyy before, the Legate is much more of a challenge, but I'd love to have had his awesome mask BEFORE then end.....

Let's turn this into a "why the endings are cool" thread...

Spoiler
When the army of Securitrons roll up behind Oliver in the Wildcard ending, it had me laughing histerically. FO3's ending just had me sighing.

Should be moved into the spoiler section of the forums then.

Most of the endings were great, but the Independent Vegas one was a BIG let-down. :(

Agreed, I played MW2 for like 6 Hours! It was a complete rip-off.

21 Hours is actually peanuts compared to many people.

Heh, I didn't even play MW2 for that long. Another sh**** shooter. whee. I got bored within the first hour or two. Glad i didn't buy it and a friend loaned it to me

And I never understand how a military shooter where you can't take cover (ie, back to the wall) are even accepted. What moron in any game is going to crouch two feet behind cover because that's the closest they can get? (One of the many reasons why I found MW2 to be crap)

EDIT: And yes, you have the same problem in FNV. thing is, it's an RPG, not a straight-up combat/military shooter. So I'm not including it. do I think using cover is a good thing? yes. But more forgivable in a game like this. At least IMO

I felt the NCR ending was a little bit underwhelming. Don't really know why, but its just how I felt.
