What are your views?

Heard of any others?

Are they connected to '2012'?

I have never heard of a UFO claim which had any credibility whatsoever. Haven't heard about these specific ones, but I doubt that they're any better. As for my views on 'this matter', I'm 100% sure there is alien life, I'm pretty sure that there is intelligent alien life, and I am almost 100% sure that no alien life form has ever visited earth, certainly not in recent history.

And as soon as a post mentions 2012 for any other reason than to ridicule it I cannot take it seriously any more.

This isn't supposed to ridicule 2012, that point is rather irrelevent aside from the fact that the 'pluto sightings' are estimated to be in close vicinity of earth in 2012.

I personally don't believe in any link between the two, but check out the articles about the coordinates and look them up on sky map. Can't deny that there are 3 unknown objects there...

2012 is nothing. It's not a "prophecy heralding the end of the world".

I dunno what this "sky map" you're referring to is.

I was referring to 2012 in my last post as a year, rather than a prophecy.

sky map is a website where you can view all space by coordinates, a bit like google earth, let me find a link for you

Knew nothing of it 'til this thread. I just watched two separate videos on it, and one shows reported "UFO" flashing a blinding light, similar to lightning before taking off, and the second one not. If you are going to hoax, at least fake both of the videos to have some consistency.

You're aware that telescopes don't take a perfectly clear image, that this site isn't a real-time rendering of the universe, and that objects we view from Earth are not in the same position as we think (due to the speed of light)?

Why don't you, you know, actually link us to these articles instead of providing coordinates? Generally when you try to present an argument to people, you provide them with all the evidence they need in the very first post, not as time goes on and they have to ask you for it. Oh and no the coordinates are not sufficient, most of us don't have the type of mindset that can instantly turn a light in the night sky into a UFO without a second thought, so please, link us to articles that explain why these are what you say they are.

Because the evidence is somwhat biased. Half of the pages scream hoax wheras the other half try to be genuine.

That being said, I will come back with links.

It's a map website, so there's no image unless I took a screenshot. It's just some blue specks that naturally look odd when zoomed really far in.

It's have to be a pretty damn bright spaceship to see it that far away, and if the aliens coming to invade us were stupid enough to put blinding lights on their ship, I don't think we have anything to fear. :rolleyes:
