Bonus!
Stamina bonus (good for warriors) or to make time advance (ie waiting for shops or for a certain NPC to get out of his/her house). Looking at the stats page I noticed that I sleep at average 5 hrs per night. Not good for health!

I have three 6-month old children, a wife, and two jobs. Not to mention Skyrim.

If I can't sleep, NEITHER CAN MY CHARACTER.

I sleep for role playing.

Plus, I have my time rate set to 6 instead of 20, so the game has more of a real time feel to it. If you're on PC, I definitely recommend doing that. (in console, type "set timescale to 6"). What that means is that for every one minute that passes in real time, 6 minutes passes in game, so 10 minutes is an hour. The default is one minute real time = 20 minutes in game, so only 3 minutes is an hour.
