Well, first we'll have some sort of funny conversation where I'll constantly make these witty remarks. Then I'll beat him up with some sort of crude melee weapon, and when he's on the ground trying to crawl away, I'll whip out my Sniper Rifle.
BAM, and the dirt is gone.
If I can I'll shoot him twice in the head before he dies, because you just have to love the irony.

I am going to:

-cut his fingers one by one
-remove his eyes with spoon
-burn his legs
-cut his stomach open
-crush his biger bones with hammer
-saw his limbs off his body
-Burn all his wound to prevent him bleeding to death, so I can kill him later.

and finaly I would kill him with two shots to head from his own gun.

Ill get a BB gun 2 shots to the head for irony, then ill get out Fat Man or M16 and finish him.

What if when you meet him, he tells you that the man who hired him to kill you was also the man who hired you as a courier, and that man betrayed both of you and many others and you need his help to take him out? This man also did this job for his family, think of him as Walter White in Breaking Bad. Would you kill him?
Of course you could use him to get to the man who hired you both, and when you are there you can kill him to gain trust in your former employer, ask him a few questions that you wouldn't be able to ask if you killed him instead of your murderer... after the questions, of course, you kill him aswell.

I will likely use some sort of mod to freeze him in place, then kill him by repeatedly bumping into him with a tin can. Or perhaps with a BB gun. to the foot.




Either that or I'll just use a Fat Man and be done with it.

I hope it isn't as plain as "You find a merc that looks at you, asks how come you're alive, starts grinning like a dog and combat is ensued". Rather than that, there could be some sort of moral dilemma. Like the shooter has been forced to get the package and shoot the courier to save his family and has been forced doing so to cover a debt or something to "whoever" for some time already, but he is also a murderer who shot you and some other people too and his death would result in some happy faces around the nearby villages. To kill a murderer and make his wife a widow and leave her and her son to survive alone in this dangerous world, or to understand his situation and cover up for him. For example.

Other than that, I would nail him to a bench and slowly rip him apart.

Exactly, Undecaf! Like you find out the details about your "killer", where he lives and all that. You go to pay him a visit, you sneak into his house and you find him crying on the floor with his daughter, trying to explain to her why her mother won't come home anymore, that he did very bad things to afford her treatment but all in vein. So, do you revenge? That's something which has been built upon the whole game, with added rage and rumors about the man. Or do you spare him since his life is already miserable, he did it to save a loved one and you don't want to make his daughter an orphan?
