I've found myself wondering about the Solitude sewers, as well. We can only hope there's something to it later on

I find myself stopping to take a look at the manholes in Solitude. It would definitely make Solitude a little more interesting allowing us to go down there.

There are other things that provide a better story such as the growing activity of the Falmer and the history behind the eye of magnus.

I thought I was the only one paranoid about this haha. Might just be because we're used to the imperial city.

Unlike most other shoddy companies these days I dont think bethesda had their dlc planned before the games release. I am extremely grateful to bethedsa that in this day and age skyrim did not come with 'pre order bonus' dungeons or exclusive guilds available for download on day 1.

*cough* assassins creed 3 :stare:

Besides I dont think they would dedicate another dlc to the thieves guild.

Possible DLC centred solely around Falmer whereby they break out of the sewers by the dozens and attack the city? It's certaily an idea.

Cool Scenario:

Dragonborn: *walking along*
Courier: Excuse me! You're Dragonborn, correct? I have an import letter to deliver to you!
Dragonborn: *receive letter, reads * Dragonborn, Jarl Elisif has called upon you, we would like to have you accompany a small excavation into the under-side of Solitue. Please, the pay will be more than adequate. - Falk Fire-Beard "

*travel to Solitude, arrive near manwhole in center of town where people are are all huddled around the sewers.*

Some people arguing how it would be bad to go down there because the city's on an arch, yada yada.
Proceed down, Rats, Spiders, thennnn a Dwemer Ruins door. Proceed in. Falmer, and some ancient portal leading to the wereabouts of the long lost Dwemer*

I want more on Dwemer. The ruins are nice but I want to SEE them back again..

Glad I'm not the only one thrown off the sound that comes out of them.

The first dlc is not dedicated to the thieves guild, I dont think another one will either - simple misunderstanding of words.

I think there is a ton of foreshadowing going on in the game about
1. A war with the Thalmor
2. The Revenge of the Falmer

Well in the Dawnguard trailer when the Dragonborn reads the Elder Scroll there are two cities marked (glowing red) - one is Markarth and the other is Solitude, so...maybe? :)
