The giant camp to the west of whiterun has a tree in the middle of a pond. At night it glows blue, and you can harvest sleeping tree sap from it.

My main character, a Bosmer, is addicted to Skooma and Sleeping Tree Sap. His only problem is finding more Sleeping Tree Sap.
My secondary character hates all who are associated with skooma or skooma dealing. Usually you will find him running around the streets checking people for skooma.
I will have to ask, what are your adventures with skooma and other addictives, or just what is your character addicted to? Also, where can you find more Sleeping Tree Sap?
