I would hope the weapons don't require too many scales... I just used all but 2 of my scales to make armor..
kill a few more dragons, won't take long... they usually ambush me several times in one trip between cities.. damnable lizards

I have like 47 souls and 80 bones/70 scales. Im set for dragon weapons. Lets hope they look nice.

Edit: I actually have so many bones and scales I made dragon plate tops and enchanted then sold for money. This is like, not supposed to happen.

Hunting is one of my favorite past times in Skyrim. I get a thrill every time I manage to hit a deer on the run. This is especially true because I'm on the 360 and I've never been super accurate with the stick so when I manage to pull off a really good shot it just feels nice. And I don't mean just a luck shot. I mean that I actually tracked ahead of the dear and let off the shot at just the right moment while on the move that took him down. I hit one once that was just about to disappear over a hill ahead of me. Caught him in the rump at the last second as he was running away. That was also a really great moment. I usually do most of my hunting on lower level characters as I use the skins to level up smithing and make gear to sell. The archery physics in the game are actually quite good and make it a lot of fun. Unfortunately with no first person view on horseback I just don't get the same thrill from that perspective.

The bow that appeared in the trailer, what i expect to be the bow, doesn't look overly awe inspiring.. and the arrows look about as rough as forsworn arrows

They actually don't ambush me much.. they usually ignore me.. I actually have trouble keeping them attacking me and not the closest wolf.

I didnt get the same thrill either, but keep practicing. Now I feel as if im more accurate on horseback...I have all the perks so I can slow down time when I take the shot, and if I miss then I can catch up with the horse.

well yes there is that, its like they're curiosly ambivert... they love get you're attention with they screen shaking fly overs and their roars... but when you actually want them to fight you they get all coy and start flying around catching butterflies

usually i do, but then sometimes i chase them halfway across skyrim to end up finding they were killed by mudcrabs
although hitting them with magelight when they are bones is fun, from rorkistead to whiterun... untill it went too far in one hit and dissapeared :cryvaultboy:

I have started to play with no cursor with my character... Using a bow is a lot more challenging, more risk/reward for hunting.but if I need help I will go into sneak mode. But now with mounted combat I think I will have to put the cursor back on... Unless I can be in first person on my horse.

I love to hunt anything, whether it be travellers on the road, or elk in the woods. The best part about my hunting, is that I use my ebony battleax to do it. Nothing is more satifying to me than closing in on my prey and ushing in that final attack as I plow through them. I also hunt with a bow, but hunting with an ax is just more exciting for me.
