Skyrim movie script

Game questline should remain as it is, a game. Things such as great war, or Rise of Tiber, or novels, or St Allesia rebellion, or even Reman will be okay and even epic if executed right. But not questline it's like taking the rights of us players.
You don't have any rights, it's not like a film has to supercede your imagination.

The Lusty Argonian Dragonborn

Scene 1
Int. Helgen. The Naked Rat Inn. General Tullius' private room. Night

Tullius is lying on his bed, his armour has been carelessly flung on the floor. A month old sweet roll sits on his bedside cabinet. A sword is standing upright, having been dug into a large block of chesse. Empty bottles of Colovian Brandy litter the floor. The large book shelf houses only 3 books, all of them being classic works by the late 3rd Era author, Crassius Curio. The dragonborn, a young, green scaled Argonian girl at this time working as a maid in the inn , waddles in the way Argonians are want to do into the Generals room.

Dragonborn: Sir, I am here but to clean your chambers.
General Tullius: Is that all you have come here for, little one? My chambers?
Dragonborn: I have no idea what it is you imply, master. I am but a poor Argonian maid.
General Tullius: So you are, my dumpling. And a good one at that. Such strong legs and shapely tail.
Dragonborn: You embarrass me, sir!
General Tullius: Fear not. You are safe here with me.
Dragonborn: I must finish my cleaning, sir. The mistress will have my head if I do not!
General Tullius: Cleaning, eh? I have something for you. Here, polish my spear.
Dragonborn: But it is huge! It could take me all night!
General Tullius: Plenty of time, my sweet. Plenty of time.

Hmmmm
Hmmmm
I'm sure I've read that before
How did you get a copy of this into Haelga's Bunkhouse

But General Tullius is a white man. We all know he's not going to have a spear that hug.

Yeah? well up yours too buddy.

It doesn't have to be "canon" I just think it would be a cool adaptation or companion to the games. Thanks for your in depth anolysis and critique though, I'm sure Bethtesda is honoured by your loyalty to the "IT"S A GAME, NO IMMERSION BREAKING CANON RARARARARA" bandwagon.

It's just that it'll be hard to enjoy don't you think? I won't enjoy it that's for sure because everytime I watch I'll be thinking that's not right, beacause whoever write the movie script version is not my version.

And we've right everything in the game is a fair play for us players to decide what happen that's why it's rpg.

The likelihood of a decent enough director being pulled on board to make it work is about nonexistent. Combine that with the open world nature and sheer magnitude of lore and you have a recipe for many angry fans. I know you think that you love TES and that a movie would be awesome sauce, but believe me, it's just not a good idea.

You don't have any rights, it's not like a film has to supercede your imagination.

But doing a movie surrounding the games makes no sense since it defeats the point of the whole games, to be who you want to be. By making a movie surrounding the main characters you are pretty much forcing an identity onto them and bethesda would not do it because it destroys the whole purpose of their games.

I think a TV series sounds better.

Episode 1: Escape: Dovahkiin escapes to Riverwood and helps Faendel get laid
Episode 2: Hail Sheogorath: Dovahkiin agrees to help some guy get back his golden claw, decides to chase butterflies in his undergarments instead
Episode 3: Heimskr Happy Hour: Dovahkiin violates a pack of wolves, goes to Whiterun and listens to Heimskr (Double length episode)
Episode 4: Rampage: Dovahkiin finishes the Companions quest line and eats Nazeem.
Episode 5: The Legion: Dovahkiin catches a wagon to Solitude and buys some clothes.

TBC in Season 2

The games can exsist as a seperate entity. Although a film based on Uriel Septims early reign or Tiber and the rise if the Empire would be much better (and less controversial).

Good idea but season 1 should be at least 13 episodes
Maybe these could be filmed and released on a youtube channel

Like Redguard?

Redguard was different, it was meant to follow a already made character and to tell the story of Cyrus.

The community would still be outraged and many people will mistake it for canon, as for Uriel that wouldn't be really entertaining because before Jagar Tharn his reign was very boring and the rise of Tiber would be too long and near impossible due to the amount of conflicting lore, not to mention it would show how much of a dike Tiber Septim was.

They managed to make a film of Alexanders rise from pretty much childhood iirc, and portray him as a dike. Would ot really hurt to have a fim that clears that lore up? It's not like it's the Dwemer.
The main quests of TES games are linear and non race related anyway.

So why can't the theoretical movie? It can follow the pre-determined character I already thought up; the Lusty Argonian Dovakiin.

Because people will mistake it as canon and it would piss people off and even if it wasn't canon it would still piss people off, especially if it svcked a lot which it most likely would.

I doubt people would care at all if it svcked.

It's not like people are going to demand someone be brought to justice because a B-Grade franchise film was released, it's just a cool piece of TES memorobilia to collect/forget.

I can guarantee you that a lot of people in the lore department would be pissed
They also get pissed when people point out the superficial similarities between real life cultures and TES ones.
