Is it possible for you to make it... bumpier? a la : skyrim nexus id=5307 [doesn't let me post links]

The textures themselves look very realistic, but in the game they often come off as artificially flat...

any idea about the release date for those textures.
Not to put any kind of pressure or be a spoiled baby, it's just that everytime I go to WhiteRun the streets roads make me sad

Looks great, can't wait for the next release. Are you planning to have it modular? It would be a nice addition if we could choose to install certain cities,or even just the landscape textures alone.

I'm sorry, but I think the over the top bump mapping in that mod looks pretty artificial to me. In my opinion less is more, I guess.

This is engine problem. It doesn't support any advanced parallax method.

And in some places game use wrong normal maps. I can't change this.

Btw, my normal maps are much more intensive.

These textures look exceptional! Until a wider range of the overhaul is releaseed, has anybody tested to see how these "mesh" with some of the other texture replacers like Skyrim HD?

I'm happy with the following in BAIN in this order...

Skyrim HD Lite
Skyrim Realistic Overhaul
HQ Towns and Villages
Vurts Flora
Lush Trees
Lush Grass
Enhanced Distant Terrain
Dramatic Clouds
Skyrim Performance Plus
Kerplunk Watery Rocks
Intricate Spider Webs
Heavy Rain
Enhanced Night
Realistic Water Textures
and then a few armour and clothes textures

I prefer realistic Overhaul's textures to those of Skyrim HD and the Skyrim HD FULL pack gives me stutter so I use the light one.

At the end of the day I think it's down to what you like and the best thing to do is try different ones out. If you use Wrye Bash you can move them about and sort out conflicting textures to your liking : )

So what does this actually replace just environment objects? No furniture or objects in world?

Installed every version of this mod...keeps getting better and better.

Thank you.

That's all I got for you bro, jus Thank you and keep my game looking better than all my friends who play on consoles. Watching their jaw hit the floor when they come over is always funny. I always crouch down with my guy to get close ups and they walk all the way up to my flatscreen. "Dude, my ground just looks like squares."

Modders rule.

Unbelievable work, well done.

I think between yours and the SMIM mod, skyrim looks like it belongs in 2012

Edit: also I agree with another poster, you should change the name to "Skyrim Realistic Landscape textures"

I think you're attracting those looking for gameplay changes and others who are actually looking for texture work aren't even looking!

I'm planning to tweak lighting too. So it must be overhaul.

"Skyrim Texture, Landscape and Lighting Realistic Overhaul"

S.T.L.L.R.O

:D .. ok so the acronym isn't the catchiest, but the overall name will get the right crowd in lol..
