I'd say http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/10037, http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/9694 (optionally with the http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/16411) and http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/18436 really change how the whole game plays. Add http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/2933 too for more variety for weapons, and http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/10277 for armors. Also http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/3871adds some more weapons.

That is about all they are worth. I felt pretty ripped off when I paid ￡30 for 8 hours of content.

I go by more than just running time when judging a game. Hell, it would cost me $80 or so just to take my family to a 90 minute movie. At least with a game I can play it again if I enjoy it.
