I would like to see horses become more useful with the ability to pick up things and harvest on horse back as well as combat, or at the very least the ability to leap off your horse into combat rather than a slow dismount.

But I'm still grateful that they did include rideable horses in the first place. I remember early on Bethesda was unsure whether they would include them because they had some problems with it.

All I want is a horse that act sensible. A horse that doesn't try to pick a fight with bandit, breaking your stealth, or worse, a horse that tries to chase a dragon! If not, maybe a horse call for the players to call back an uber-aggressive predatory horse. A horse that's realistic enough to pause A BIT if it's near the edge instead of trying to fly. A horse that can walk backward a bit like a trained horse actually can. And I also want a horse that I have a choice to get rid of, not stuck with it practically forever unless I want to ride it off a cliff.

That's what I thought. In my head, large earrings, leopard print and pleather is tacky.

You obviously don't understand the multiple meanings of the word; tacky as in shoddy. In the UK things of poor quality are commonly described as tacky.
