There was a woodcutter in Morthal (i think) that said all the time "i can't believe stranger like you can wander around freely", my orsimer didn't liked that, he said it one too much time.
I followed him where he work (the sawmill), i did hide in a nearby and distante bush, used my most lethal poison on a arrow, and oneshotted him on a well planned kill. No bounty, no repercussion.

In Falkreath, when you go into the trader's shop, his brother makes a similar comment, about letting provincials walking around, or something like it.
They both support the Stormcloaks (sp??), but the trader knows money talks and he's decent, but the brother won't be around much longer lol.
I'm planning on him having an accident, soon.
