I believe that Molag Bal created vampires, so he'd probably be your guy.

vampires dont necessarily change who they worship when they "die" but sithis would be a nice god since argonians worship him and he is the god of chaos, makign him perfect for a vampire

Yes but if I worshiped Mara, Arkay or meridia and then i became a vampire, would not exactly work out well.

Yup, it's that one. (Text http://www.uesp.net/wiki/Lore:Opusculus_Lamae_Bal_ta_Mezzamortie because it's pretty rare in Skyrim)

Aye,i had to google the name because there was no chance i was going to get anywhere near to spelling it right :) I just knew roughly what the title looked like.

No idea where i found it either.

Good luck with your new char.

actually only meridia would result in your god thinking you should die and go to where ever undead things go when they die (the soul carin? maybe they still go to the dream sleeve?), mara is the god of love (i think, it might be mercy) and arkay is the god of nature, neither hate undead things (with passion like meridia ar least) and mara loves you (or at least will show mercy) so you could worship them

I was under the impression Arkay hated the undead, or at least his priesthood.

Anyway: Molag Bal is supposed to have created the vampires, but the cyrodiilic vampires seem to have taken a foothold in Skyrim so if you are a cyrodiilic vampire you should also heed Clavicus Vile.

the nine divines are not really my strong suit, i know a lot more about deadra and sithis, so you might be right

Sithis is popular among Argonians, and he doesn't care if you are a vampire.

Clavicus Vile. There are even a group of vampires in the game who worship him.

I was going to say this as well only because I came across that group during a quest. However I feel it would probably be more suitable to worship the god whom created vampires.

Molag Bal because he created the basic vampire. Clavicus Vile because he granted the Cyrodiilic vampires the ability to hide their nature. Mephala, Boethiah, Namira or Vaermina might also be good choices. Any of the nine divines is a bad choice because vampires are pretty much Molag Bal giving them the finger.

Well, the UESP says his priests hate the undead and
Spoiler
Errandil, the saint of Arkay in Cheydinhal in Oblivion ,is against necromancy at least.
Arkay may not share the views of his followers, but I find that unlikely

Why exactly Clavicus Vile? As far as I got it, they more or less stumbled upon his shrine and begged him to cure them. I can't see how Clavicus Vile is related to vampires or the undead.

Vile is the closest thing to an imp or demon in TES lore.
He likes making pacts with mortals that then do not turn out the way the mortal intended, but still he collects the soul.
It is imaginable that someone became a vampire because Vile promised immortality.

However for someone who knowingly became a vampire,Vaermina, the Prince of dark portents, or Molag Bal, the Prince of [censored] would be more suitable.

The Order worships him because he gave them the ability to blend in with normal people
