Textures are still horrendous. Thanks for supporting the PC fanbase...or not.

Well that 3 gig must be going somewhere. I haven`t time to run the game yet (busy on a project).

Have you tried changing your graphic settings to max?

1080p, maxed out. Completely underwhelming.

Maybe you just dislike the texture itself. The textures aren't going to change, just their resolutions.

I have to agree, after downloading I was like "that's it?" and if I hadn't just spent 30 minutes downloading it I would have questioned if anything had changed. My video card certainly didn't think so.

TME nope, looks 100% the same to me. In fact, it didn't even download properly the first time, had to do a repair.

What about furniture? Surely those textures have improved?

Did you already have high res texture mods installed? Perhaps there wouldn't be much noticeable difference?

Are you selecting the ESP's in the Launcher? If you are seeing no difference, that would be why.

How much have you run around? Fast travel to a bunch of places, times of day. I was underwhelmed at first until I looked around a bit and notice everything is just, better.

That being said, I see some spots where hires packs from modders are still better. I have a great potions and bottles one that is superior to the DLC ones still.

Some other guy posted this:

Improvement? Sure. Big improvement? No.
Those pics, assuming they are true by the other guy who posted them, just looks like a Photoshop sharpen filter overlay.

I wanna see for myself though, but download is too slow.
However, no matter how bad they are, I still appreciate the sign and effort of this by Bethesda.

They're a bit all over the place. Armor, gear and cloth textures seem to be massively improved. Things like trees and plants/ingredients are still blurry. Salt pile still looks like a stretched out 64x64 texture.

I checked them out, didn't have long because it was on my lunch break. I got no fps loss at all, still pegged at 60fps 95% of the time on my system. They are improved and you can tell the difference, furniture is definitely better. There are a few that are still a little to low res, or were maybe not improved. Biggest one I noticed right away was the mountain rock texture, it still looks low res. I will unpack and verify tonight but I'm sure by then tons of other people will have screenshots and anolysis. Overall, I'm happy with them. All I wanted was the vanilla game with better textures, not style replacements.

CCNA yeah I have them selected, and it gives me some lovely error about subscriptions when I do so. I still don't see any difference. =/
