Augh 'H3rm35'? I hope to god that's a fake name some troll posted. :l
I believe that comes from the writing on the antenna, which I like to assume is like a serial number or something, I doubt the actual item will be called that in game, in any case.
T-45d looks like Bethesda tried to make Medieval Oblivion knight armor translate to Fallout.
And how is that, when I see http://images3.wikia.nocookie.net/__cb20090720102419/fallout/images/1/14/Fallout_3_T45d_Power_Armor.png I in no way think of http://www.swordsandarmor.com/images/AR008_White_Knight_Armor.JPG. About the only resemblance between the two is that both are suits of heavy metal armor which covers the wearer's body, and by that resemblance, we could just as easily say that T-51b was Medieval knight armor translated into a science-fiction setting. Though to be fair, maybe the concept of power armor caught on in science-fiction BECAUSE it made it possible to capture an image similar to an armored knight while not looking out of place in a technologically advanced future.
Or perhaps you simply could not take the fact that Bethesda DARED to put a kind of armor in the game that was NOT in Fallout 1 and 2? How dare they want to put NEW things in sequels! The nerve!
But it is good to see what looks like the Fallout 2 Advanced Power Armor returning, that was probably my favorite power armor in the series. I had nothing against the Fallout 3 Enclave Power Armor, but I just didn't like it as much as the Fallout 2 version.
