The best Assassins don't spill a drop of blood.

Use basic skills for lower level enemies, and the strong poisons for the bosses if you think you cant kill them with weapons alone. Works out great, but it all depends on how you play your character, and which enemies you tend to fight. If you're going against undead poisons are hard to use unless you make them weak to poisons.

Am I going to have to make fortify alchemy gear to make worth while poisons or will the alchemy perks that improve poisons and what not be good enough, I kind of find using 100% fortify skill as "cheating" sort of.

How much of the light fingers perk do I need to take to make pickpocketing worth it?

true assassins are assassins not pacifists become a predator make the shadows your camouflaging coat your daggers are your fangs and your bow your deadly sting stalk your prey and when they least suspect it take them down and get them out of sight.
Either English isn't your first language, or this is a new and confusing form of poetry.

I just got the first perk of it, and leveled my pick pocketing and I was able to steal quite a few light weight things at a 90% chance. At least that's what I think, if not it was the first two ranks of it.

No it doesn't lol, any way I have a question, when an enemy is paralyzed, can they alert their buddies about your whereabouts and what not, and do they get into combat/alert mode and start searching for you after you do slip them a poison of paralyzing.

I am currently listening to an audiobook by Brent Weeks. The first book of the Night Angel Trilogy. It is awesome. I envision Skyrim while listening :) I am currently playing a mage character (lvl 41 atm) and am loving every minute of it. I have already been invited to join the dark brotherhood, but I am reluctant to with my mage. I want to do the whole pure assassin or wetboy routine in the Brent Weeks vein. Perfectly suited to Skyrim. I think I will do that on my next playthrough.

Do the whole thieves guild line as well, the end of it will give you some nice rewards that will fit fairly well with this.

spoiler is both a spoiler for Skyrim and the Night Angel Trilogy although I tried to keep it vague as well, and you may not even understand it depending on how far into the series you are.

Spoiler
You are granted a choice of abilities one of which is very similar to a certain ability of the black ka'kari used by Durzo (and later by Kylar).

True Assassins of the brotherhood don't reveal it was even an Assassination at all. There will be no vengance, no investigation, no suspicion. Poisoning someone in their sleep will make people only assume the old man drifted off in his sleep.

The target remains motionless, unable to speak or cry for help, just silence, as the poison quickly saps him of his life. Nobody will even know he is dead until morning, and he will have died of "natural causes".

And less true assassins of the Dark Brotherhood will kill their employers if they feel the job was too petty. But only after completing it, of course.

Sup Muiri.

My assassin ended up marrying her. She seemed perfect. I was living out of the abandoned house in Markarth and she was damaged goods with blood on her hands. Seemed fitting.

Rectal insertion is the most efficient method, just dont get caught or things get awkward.

No, enemies, cannot yell for help or investigate who shot them if you use an arrow to poison. This way you can go around town, shooting guards in the back with poisoned arrows and they can't chase you down and raise they alarm, they just lie there.... And die. And i have no enchanted equipment, safe for Muiri's ring which adds 15% alchemy fortify.

Paralysis is effectively silence, since they cannot cast, or do or say anything.

A little bird told me: "Go! Go! Socialize! Talk to those fine people! And then KILL EVERY LAST ONE OF THEM! Plunge your knife into their throats when they ain't looking! And then burn 'em to the ground! Well? that's silly isn't it? hahahahaHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA
