Is the chance of decapitation perk worth it : V

I was thinking getting the knock your block off perk but I was wondering how often decap works on enemys and if its only certain types that it works with.

Even without the decap its worth it. 25% damage bonus. And yes it is awesome.

yes and no. it doesnt seem like it happens often enough but it was cool when that master vampires head rolled across the floor

I don't have any numbers or anything, but it seems to fire off quite often for me...maybe 1 out of 4 or 5 kills. I like it.

Any perk that boosts damage output is a worthwhile perk to have.

Definately worth it.

Even if it for that one moment when you know the very next tiny bit of damage you take will end your life, and the animation kicks in and your enemies head rolls across the floor in the quiet.

For that moment alone it is worth it.

on higher levels it happends with every kill. Or maybe with 9/10 kills.

If by "is it worth it" you mean "does it look TOTALLY AWESOME," then yes.

Also, the occasional damage bonus is nice. Add that in with crit chance perks from swords and you're seeing a lot more fights end a bit sooner than they would've otherwise.

I've had it go off a LOT on my Battle-axe wielder. Tons of enemies that might have taken a few swings instead went down instantly.

Does more damage though the level 100 chance to paralyze is utterly worthless along with the running.

The damage bonus is what it's there for. 25% extra damage is well worth it IMO. The decapitation part is just a little something extra.

For me I decapitate people near enough every fight.. it looks cool but can get annoying.

Extra damage is indeed worth it. The decap is just for good laugh, and it might even work a bit like mehrunes razor for all I know.

Hell yes it's worth it. It was absolutely priceless when I decapitated a guy and his head fell into the river. I chased it down the river trying to get a screenshot.
