The chunk of map behind the mountain range to the west

It would be nice if somebody from the dev's told us whether DLC's or expansion are planned for that area. If there isn't, we can safely fill that place with mods. Maybe that was the idea actually, but I doubt it. Like, they created a bunch of land but ended up not using it but left it there for modders to fill.

:banghead: F3 is bigger, No New Vegas is bigger :banghead:
It doesn't matter...bigger does not make a better game.
Even if it is a smaller area New Vegas is just a better game.
We don't need anyone wasting their time counting pixels.
And the F3 map was just full of "You Win" have more stuff places that
felt completely disconnected from the rest of the world it sat in.

And all these mentions of the metro tunnels...those were crap. They had their moments once or twice at first, but after that they were just annoying and were tedious.
I would claim this all to just be my opinion....but I think now it has just become a fact.

Back to the original question, that "gate" Using the console if you do open it, you run into a invisible wall, turn on no-clip and its a big space of empty, just shouting for either DLC or a very good MOD that includes a new town and lots of missions (HINT HINT!) ;) - by the way its the same at the other barriers get past them, and the land is built, and its a waiting......
