The 1.5 PS3 crash : V - Skyrim

So, just to be clear, this only happens as soon as one makes contact with water, correct? Or does it happen after being in water for a few minutes? Because if it's the former, I don't think I have this issue. Should I reinstall the patch, just to be sure?

I think it happens when you make contact with the water.

I'm playing on the 360 and haven't experienced any negative issues after downloading the patch.
