If this has to do with Skyrim, shouldn't it be in Skyrim's General Discussion forum?

Go into your inventory, find the odd arrow and equip then un-equip it. If you have other arrows, equip and un-equip these too. Should get rid of it.

Also, this should be in Skyrim General/Software issues

Wait... in the title you said they are sticking out of your face, now you say they are sticking out of your elf's face

way to waste my time, OP, I was all excited about an arrow-based version of Phineas Gage

You can equip arrows into your body in Skyrim? Great Scott, now I have to own it.

Haha, no, sorry to disappoint ;)

There's a glitch where sometimes an arrow that hits you will actually go into your inventory and, as such, won't disappear until you equip/un-equip it. It was the same in Oblivion.

Put this in the Skyrim section. But be prepared for this thread to turn into a negative free for all game bashing experience. :)

Never encountered that in Oblivion. Or I never noticed, cause I was in first person the vast majority of the time.

Oh, did no one tell you? The CDC issued an E. coli contamination notice on the forum fishy stick supply. We can't give them out anymore until the new stock arrives and the refrigeration units are sanitized. There's a $250 fine for giving them out right now.

OP has gone through far worse than a mere bacterial infection, methinks.

Same [censored] has happened to me with frost attacks, there would be huge, piercing chunks of ice going through my body, and they never faded grudually away either.
