1 thing you LOVE 1 thing you HATE

Love the world and art direction.

Hate the streamlining. If thats a bit vague, I'll pick one thing. Disposition. No longer an NPC disposition score which can be influenced by your personality (because thats gone) or charm spells (because thats gone too). You can sometimes influence reaction through certain quests and actions, but this is not the same thing. The whole world generally reacts the same to you regarless, less depth.

Love: Resurrection spells and Necromancy in general

Hate: My aversion to using them because I don't trust Bethesda to fix the permanant ash piles problem.

I love the game overall, but I hate that the Companions & College quest lines are so damn short (DB and TG squeaks by because they are far deeper and longer still), along with the lack of guilds (and a part of the menu you can access to see your relationship with each guild like in OB). Why do the Vigilants of Stendarr even exist? Why can't I work to deliver the final blows to the suffering TG? Why can the Forsworn not be sided with? These are many potential quest lines that could have been added.
There are many things I absolutely adore about the game, some to higher degrees than others.
There are many things I dislike about Skyrim, but only a couple of things I absolutely hate. The length and lack of depth in mentioned quest lines are one of the few things I want to nuke.

Love: music
Hate: where do I begin? I guess I would play the game more if the quests where better, even if they changed nothing else... So I am going to go with the quests.

I will make a double post = 2 things I love and 2 I hate ;)

Love: Perksystem + direct control over "attributes" (although there should be more attributes and skills!)

Hate: Missing Journal + shallow world (= length of guild questlines, amount of stuff NPCs talk about etc.)

Srsly, make it so we need to do (more) radiant quests before we can advance in the main questline of a faction and add more topics for NPCs not every random f*cktard needs to be voiced.

Love: nearly all, but especially to explore new places and discover the world of skyrim.

Hate: the marriage system. I would love to marry my follower Illia and to take her with me as a wife and a follower, a deeply interested follower, a vivid follower.

I love the references and nods to fans of the previous games. (Such as Daggerfall music being played by a bard.)

I hate how the quests and characters do not have any depth.

I'd say the thing I like most in the game is the active blocking system. Nothing like keeping a dragon stun locked once he makes the mistake of landing next to me.

Hate? Not really hate but I miss having areas where I can role play a street kid just starting out as an adventurer. The areas and enemies tend to become "Conan level" right off the bat instead of giving you a place for a few good rat hunts. But I guess Bethesda had to go with what appeals to the largest market share and most people want to play a god slayer.
