Things you wish you could say

There should be an option for every conversation in the game to just use Unrelenting Force. Just have it at the bottom of the list of other conversation options.

>Where do you stand on the war?
>Is Whiterun safe from a dragon attack?
>FUS RO DAH

hahahahahhahahahhaha omg that would be so awsome!!!

The other two aren't so bad - just generally spoiled brats. Of course, THAT one may be channeling a certain daedra....

Unless BW has got a lot better lately, not so. I've been playing NWN1 this week (as it's just about the only game I can get to run anything approaching "playable" on my 8 year old laptop - which is all I have until my real machine gets back from the mfr) and I can say with perfect truth that BW in NWN1 is FAR worse than Beth has ever been.

Hm, never played NWN but still, there is a much bigger variaty in responses, especially when conversing with your squadmates.

Braith: "Boys, girls, dogs, ELDERS... there's NOBODY I won't fight!"
Dovahkiin:
>You should join the Companions. They'll let you fight all you want! (Persuade)
>I like your style, kid. Let's go beat up that milk-drinker Battle-Born.
>Nobody? You don't say... (Brawl)

Guard: "Wait... I know you."
>Of course you know me! I'm Dragonborn! (Persuade)
Success: "Dragonborn, eh? I'd love to see that."
>Fus Ro Dah
Failure: "Yeah. And I'm the jarl of Vvardenfell. You are a wanted man. What say you?"
>I'm the Thane!
>(Pay bounty)
>Fine, you got me. I'll go quietly. (Go to jail)
>Wouldn't you be warmer and happier with a bellyful of mead? (Persuade)
>Would this get you to reconsider? (Bribe: X)
>I'll never go quietly!
>Fus Ro Dah

"Please stop reminding me about your job at Belethor's shop"

"Ferengar, do you not see the 100% genuine Arch-Mage robes I'm wearing from the college? Where do you think I may have gotten them from?"

To any NPC in general-
"Shut up."

[censored]. YOU. DELPHINE.... on a serious note i'd like to tell her that a Dragonborn it is my birth right to assume direct control of the Blades, and as you immediate superior, let go of this silly thousand year old grudge or if you wont relenquish it then from this moment hence fourth you and others that cannot forgive this stupid oversight, are here by banished from the Blades but would be welcomed back on the condition that you have let go of this grudge. Then id rebuild the Blades to their former glory by myself or with their help.

Can I ditto that and keep my fingers crossed on it being pursued in a DLC or mod or something?

Yes! Yes there should. That would make all of my dialogue options awesome and fun. Instead of constantly stuck on "I'm a rube... Please tell me which side of the war you are one, Mr. Imperial Legionare..."

In case I've failed to note this prior: I <3 you. That's pretty much EXACTLY what always runs through my mind with that brat.

 That was the edited version!
Spoiler
something about...polishing swords instead of licking boots.... my husband says that I am seriously deranged.

I talk back to the NPC's just as I would in RL, when that is i'm not actually in a "dialogue" with them, then I just make snippy comments.

Nice.

That's not as bad as the version of "I am your sword and your shield." that goes through my head when Lydia says it. :nono:

I'd love the ability to pursuade or intimidate anyone anywhere at anytime for any reason. This would make speechcraft at least a little in depth. If this was possible, we could modify what we specifically say to everyone.
As long as your speech is at level 100 you can succed at any pursuasion. We have a limited number of perks so I'm not complaining.

Oh yes, to answer the OP, I'd tell anyone making a snide remark to go [censored] themselves. Wouldn't that be great to intimidate the guard that just told you "so you're a new member of the companions. So you fetch the mead?"

Theres a few things. Mainly insults.

Delphine. I'm taking over this group, and you can either obey or die.
(Intimidate) Theres one person or more dying today, and it's not a dragon...

Braith. (Intimidate) I've got a place in my torture chamber for you, you obnoxious brat...
How about I gut you then feed your stinking carcase to the wolves...
Die! Kills Braith.
(Persuede) if you're so tough why don't you go fight those wolves outside. Dies in the process.
Jarl Baalgrufs obnoxious brats. (Intimate) I'm going to kill you in your sleep then hang your carcase from the castle roof. Nighty night...
Maven. So many insults and swear words it'd explode a censor machine, lol.
But mainly. Frag off biatch.
Do the world a favour and frag off and die. And take your stupid sons with you. We'll throw a party and laugh at your defiled corpse.

Bryjolf the oirish moron. (Hypnotic Persuede)Go kill yourself after writing a list of all your crimes, after killing the entire thieves guild.
Do the world a favour and frag off and die.
NO, I AM NOT JOINING THE TG OR HELPING YOU IN YOUR NASTY SCHEMES!!! PISS OFF!!!
(Intimidate) If you call me lass/lad one more time I am going to stick this weapon through your thick skull and gut you.
(Attack) Die!!!
To a guard captain after. Hello, I've got a tip off about some crimes, heres 200g and you get to keep your head if you shut them all down.
(Intimidate) And you'll either do it, or die.
The stupid obnoxious boy in Riverwood. (intimidate) You like pranks do you? How about we play shoot the brat, and see how far you get before I put this arrow in your head.

Heh,. My husband doesn't do computers. He plays Solitaire - with "real" cards. He's another generation older than I am - and I'm so much older than most of you.... I'm like your grandma's age....

J'Zargho: Be careful with that!
J'Zargho: What are you doing?
J'Zargho: Be careful with that!
Me: "You gave me scrolls that explode and you're saying I need to be more careful?
But if you're really worried that you might die because I'm messing with forces I can't control by rearranging my room and moving these boots, you could take your lunch break in your own room instead of always using my chair."

Why haven't I mentioned these?

After a snide remark: *Intimidate* Ha! Fine words from one born from the wrong end of a guar.
Or: After I kill you, I will [censored] your corpse. Don't worry. I'll be gentle.

I would like simple statements, a "thank you" or "well done" when a follower does something significant in a fight, especially with a serious opponent (dragon or dragon priest).

A simple flirt statement "you have a pretty face" or "I like it when you focus before a fight" to break the tension.

A chide statement "Watch the trap, stick close to the wall" or "Why did you run in like that?" or "Why start a fight like that?" or "Get the frog out of the way"

Just "Thank you" and "Well done" would be good for many situations.

I'd like a bunch of taunts to use on the Thalmor personally.

I can't remember the exact wording of their lines just the jist and can't find them written down.

"We are on our way to arrest some Talos cultists nearby"

- "I'm on my way to eliminate some elven bandits from the road."
- "For Talos!" *Attack*

"Soon all shall see the power of Elven supremacy."

- "You know whats greater then Elven Supremacy? *insert players race*
- "I have more power then you can ever possibly imagine.....*shout*"
- "Shut the -insert- up."
- "You know what's greater then Elven supremacy? Talos."
