Agree completely.
I have exactly the same problem that you guys are talking about (I'm in Germany and I WANT to play an English copy!!!). Tried everything or almost: reinstalled the game 3 times, checked and unchecked the cloud, tried in German . I am furious:Valve or Bethesda (who cares) have my money, and I have a copy of something that simply does not work, It is absolutely not tolerable, such as the fact that nobody answers.
Moderators you have to do a better job than this.

Like the others, I'm currently living in Germany for work, but I come from another country.

If I remember correctly - and I do - the "game censored and in german version" (or something like that) warning in the Steam Store wasn't here at the beginning of pre orders. I bought mine a mounth ago, thinking I'd end up with the english version without trouble. Two weeks after, on the same steam page, there was a warning, but I obviously couldn't know it'd be there.

Thus, is it legal, or even moral, from Steam / Bethesda to keep us from playing the version we paid / hoped for ? I'm no lawyer and I don't mean to be too "moral", but I'd answer no.

This being said, I'm gonna ask the same question as everyone else : Is there a (legal ...) way to play the english version while living in Germany ?

Other than other gamers, there isn't supposed to be anyone to answer in here. Really. This is a User to User forum, not the official support site. There have been a lot more new arrivals with new questions than there has been time for a relatively small number of part-time game player residents to answer them all.

the warning has always been there as it says "Low Violence: German low violence version only available with German language": to me it means that the "normal " violence version is ok either in english and in German. The silence coming from Bethesda is really intollerable!!!
I reiterate the question of the previous user: is there anyone knowing a solution to the problem from Germany? I have opened a ticket in bethesda forum, but nobody is answering

Hum, the warning wasn't there when I pre ordered the game (I wouldn't have otherwise), and that was like a month ago.

uh, I know that!! It's quite a little steam bug, happens to everyone. Everytime it happens open another steam game and then press cancel, try to open the game you want to play. That should work

I've played this games for about 17 hours, then started getting the same error on Friday "This game is currently unavailable now". I've tried the trouble shooting steps on this forum and on the Steam forum as well, with no luck. I don't know if this is just a coincidence, but this started happening after a microsoft update. Next step I'm going to try is a system restore to see if that works, or uninstall the ms updates. I will post my findings.
