Proven by people looking at Perceptions details and functions within the GECK. Perception doesnt increase weapon accuracy as previously stated by the developers.

This appears to be the case, sadly. They either scrapped it or never implemented it and did not update the documentation. Still useful for other things, but a bit misrepresented in the game guide (particularly the character templates) because of it.

Uhhh... I've found Charisma, Speech, and Barter very useful in this game.... and the vendors I've seen have always had well over 1000 caps...

i agree totally with this above statement...

if anything science is less usefull in my opinion but speech? ffs if you have high speech you can almost get past anything in this game

I disagree Trigger Discipline being good, if not even bad unless you have a very specific build that can one-shot anything anytime (yet to see one), or combine with Gun 'n Run for SMG madness (pretty bad in hardcoe if you ask me).

Anyways, that -20% ROF would cost you a lot in VATS (thanks to the random bullet time and no compensation for not being able to move) and semi-auto weapons (which doesn't have high ROF to begin with).

As for the accuracy thing, I even suspect Skill still improves your accuracy as I find it much easier to hit when I up guns from 60 to 80.
