"Hypnotic Dog Whistle" It was an experimental Animal control device made by Vault Tec. Any Dog within earshot of it will be hypnotically drawn to you. They will not be hostile to you. If you are under attack they will help you by attacking your attacker.

It can be worn around your neck with a chain.

"Plasma Spear" A long spear but as it's tip is a superheated plasma welding torch that has a temperature approaching 20,000 ?C. It is a Melee weapon but it's big. The tanks of gas are on your back like the burnmaster. With the plasma spear you can burn through any armour like a hot knife through butter. Can burn a hole clean through anyone. Sometimes it can cause the victim to catch fire! It uses the same fuel as the burnmaster.

A unique armour/weapon. A proto-type stealth power armour. The Americans had got their hands on the chinese stealth suit plans during the war. (Sino-American War) They used it to make their own stealth suit power armour hybrid. It has a heads up display screen were your face is. It locks on to targets and you can fire a shoulder mounted plasma weapon. you can also carry a weapon in your hands. One neat things it does. It projects a holographic image of an american soldier 20 feet out infront of you. This is to draw out snipers.

Only thing is the army could not get the damn thing to work right. Without warning it's stealth can shut down.

can find it in area 51 or another top secret base.

I would like a Taser that runs on small power cells but you can improve it to use big power cells. With small cells you can stun people. With Big power cells you and fry them till they catch fire! using it on robots stuns or causes them to overload.

The Brain Neuralizer Ray. It's a small weapon that shoots a ray into peoples brians and scrambles/Melts their Brains. Sometimes it causes their heads to explode. It takes about 60 seconds or so to charge between shots but it is a one hit one kill gun. But "you gotta shoot'em in the head." Any other part of the body has not effect. It runs on Micro Fusion Cells.

Besides the odd time when the victims head explodes it does not make any marks on the victim. Making it a great weapon for assassination. (when you don't want it to look like an assassination)

"Weapon Of Terror" or "Ghoul Backpack". You find a small shack out in the middle of nowhere. You can hear some moaning like a zombie. When you open it you find that there are ghouls cut up all over. On a table in the middle of the room is a farel ghoul with it's arms and legs cut off. It is still alive!. It looks like someone has attached straps to it. You can pick it up and wear it like a backpack over your armour or other clothing.

This ghoul backpack freaks the hell out of anyone even raiders! They get the hell out of your way when you have the Ghoul Backpack on. It moans all the time like a zombie. You can fix it by stuffing a rag in it's mouth but this makes it less effective at freaking people out. you can remove the rag when ever you want.

I like to think it counts as a weapon. Weapon/apparel/wth! A psychological warfare weapon.

No offense, but I really, REALLY hope there aren't any references to aliens in NV at all. :unsure: MSZ was a fun little "easter-eggy" romp, but I'd prefer to see the series leave it behind now.

A .45 handgun (I think that's what was in the scans), with an SMG (extended) clip. Call it "Penetrator" (That's what she said).
Heavy machine gun that reloads very slowly, but has good damage and large magazine. Also can shoot through thin walls and enemies. Name: 'Decimator'
Machete with sharp blade. Can chop off limbs with ease. Would work better if enemies didn't die after getting arms/legs chopped off.

I wouldn't mind a nice proper double barreled shotgun. Especially not if it fired both barrels at once. Add in some body damage done in a way similar to the way head damage was done in Fallout 3 and i'll be taking chunks out of raiders left and right. Clean up on isle 3, gonna need a bigger shovel.

Also, please some nice Aviators and a Sheriff's hat.

"Physic Amplifier" Is a Top secret suit made by shadowy men in the USA government/military. It has a helmet conected to a backpack power source. The weapon part is a fancy futurisic looking glove.

The Helmet taps deep into the human brain, giving the wearer Telekinetic ability. (telekinesis). Using the glove channels this "power." you can move objects and people. Can crush peoples heads by making a fist. Higher your intelligence the better control you have.

Private "Red shirt" was the only human test subject. He was able to move objects with his mind for 5 minutes until his head exploded and his body burst into flames. Just like all the Ape test subjects.

Using this weapon will cause you to lose health while using it. The lower your Intelligence the more health you lose. If you use it to long, you will end up like poor "Pvt Red shirt." It takes many game hours to charge after removal and it is a power cell guzzler.

RPG-7 - A stronger version of the missile launcher, for gameplay purposes it could fire standard rockets.

Iron Dragon - A 12 barreled minigun. Would have a much higher rate of fire than the standard minigun.

Semi-Automatic Rocket Launcher - Self explanatory. Fires rockets and holds 5 before it needs to reload.

M4A1-Foregrip [Military Assault Rifle-Foregrip] - This, but with an added foregrip for a large increase in accuracy. http://fallout.wikia.com/wiki/Military_Assault_Rifle

The Gambler - A revolver with a 2" barrel. Lightweight but essentially useless for medium and long range shooting.

Poseidens Spear:

A special Trident which is electrified, similar to Jingwei's Shocksword. It does 50 damage per hit, and 5 damage per second afterwards due to the shock effect. It weighs seven pounds, and is found in the Vegas Museum.

Hun: A compound bow with a hoker painted on it. Does very good damage and is extremely accurate, but it breaks easily, and you must buy it different things to repair it.

Hey guys im new here.

Id like to see a macheine gun that shoots .308 bullets, or just a conventional .50 cal, or even a .30 cal would make me happy, wich is odd for me because im more of a revolver (scoped .44) guy myself.

I always like to see a wide variety of pistols. Revolvers especially, who wouldn't wanna stalk the streets of New Vegas with a Peacemaker, .45 caliber with 10inch barrel. Or bring back the D. Eagle, .223 pistol. It would be nice to see a repeating rifle in New Vegas, historically the repeating rifle "Won the West." I'd like to have it to "Win the Wasteland".

Elephant guns would be badass. But they would need to have very rare ammunition, and there shouldn't be an abundance of the gun either.
I'd take a .44 over it anyday, though. And a Desert Eagle.
