1)it's exam period, I want to look like a philosopher by next Wednesday. 2)this carnival I'm going to dress up as http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gargamel.....
And I've just noticed he doesn't have a beard. I was told to let my beard grow! It's staying for now anyway.
a full blown beard is nadanerthalic
If you mean "Neanderthal", you really destroyed the word.
Oh, yeah. I was just talking about this with my good friend Jeffrey "The Hurricane" Musslemen. He was going on about a funny story where he picked a train off of its tracks and threw it at some loser wearing a Polo shirt. I told him the stunt kind of reminded me of the manliness that my beard radiates every day. He gets kind of upset when I talk about it since, you know, Jeffrey has a Baby Chin. It was all good afterwards, though, since he took out his anger by fighting off a hoard of ferocious hipsters with live shark entrails.
What a guy he is. What a guy.
Jeff should know its the beard on the inside that counts.
Well, I'm in the Navy now, so I try and keep my face clean cut because of rules and uniformity. I've never been a fan of facial hair anyway to be honest, once I leave the Navy I may grow and care for a moustache, but I'd never grow a full on beard. I'm confident enough in my masculinity to not rely on something so simpleton as facial hair to show it.
^Whenever I haven't shaved it off for a long long time, to the point of being a black santa clause, people think I'm a new-hire at work, when I do shave it off.
Girls tend to not like it when hair is on a man's face.
Besides, for me at least, it looks better with a 'bald face'.
Luckily girls are not all the same. I have yet to find one who is attracted to Gandalf-beards, but I keep mine neatly trimmed and plenty of girls love it. I guess I'll postpone growing a Gandalf-beard until after I've been married for a few years.
I respect the fellows who think they must shave for the job, but I think it's sad the job doesn't respect you or the skills you possess to do the job and that's what matters in the end or isn't it? The only job I have shaved for is the military and I think that's totally reasonable and justified. I know enough [beardless] people who got sacked after a few months before they got to the point where they could sign a permanent contract with other jobs. I'd feel stupid to shave for the capitalist predators of these days and give up a beard I've groomed and taken care of for months or years. In my own experience, I wouldn't say people with beards I know have problems with getting a job or anything. Now I have a short regular beard. I used to have a long goatee in different periods of my life. I only shave when I grow tired of a certain style. Yes, I think it's manly and more importantly: it's warm in the winter. I also tend to immediately appreciate/feel good with people who have beards.

NO WE ARE ALL THE SAME
i think girls don't like big beards because guys either look like a terrorist or just [censored] old with them both are a turn-off
for me, it depends on the guy if you fit having a beard, GREAT, if not, leave it or look stupid neckbeards don't count, they are [censored] nasty anyway
Shampoo is necessary though, just like you have to wash the rest of your hair. You do wash your hair, right...?

100% agreed. If a neckbeard is all you can grow, it's best to just shave it.
